I am incredibly frustrated with the care (or lack thereof) at this office. I severely injured my knee and cannot walk without crutches, yet it’s impossible to get an appointment for any kind of help. I’m already waiting months to see a surgeon (thankfully due to an appointment I scheduled way back in February), but in the meantime, I just need something to make things slightly easier.

When I brought in my temporary handicap placard paperwork, hoping to have it signed, I was told they couldn’t do it without an appointment—despite being fully aware of my knee injury, the level of pain I’m in, and how severe it is. The soonest appointment? JANUARY. That’s months from now!

There needs to be a better system in place, like a triage process to prioritize patients with urgent needs. And certain things, like signing necessary paperwork, should not require a visit when my condition is already well-documented. This system is completely broken, and it’s beyond frustrating to feel so helpless in a situation like this.

Anna Petryk is the worst doctor I have ever been to. When I went to my appointment she kept interrupting me and dismissing my concerns. She made it seem like I was wasting her time and wrote up a random prescription so I could get out of her office. If you care about your health do not go to this location!!! Or at the very least do not have Anna Petryk as your provider.

Everyone I encountered at this office was so kind and amazing. I've had negative experiences with other kid dental offices but these people were wonderful. I was there recently for my 8 y/o and 4 y/o, and honestly so impressed with the level of care, kindess and professionalism!

Wellspace Health receptionists are kind and professional, the medical assistants & doctors are always helpful. The only downside is that it’s short-staffed, so patience is required if you don’t have an emergency. But I think it’s worth the wait, and the staff make up for it with their kindness and professionalism. I also recently had a positive experience where the staff called me to let me know there had been a cancellation and they were able to take my daughter in for her appointment that day instead of having to wait. That really helped out a lot.

I have been a patient here for a very long time, I have never felt as neglected as I do now. My husband called for a follow up appt. From the er. The soonest they can see him Is a month. He asked about an appt. For me they said indefinitely! What kind of insurance is that? I am on alot of meds. With nobody monitoring them. How busy are these doctors? There is never patients in the office.

Front staff are not friendly. They seem like they hate their jobs.
I was 6 minutes late, they told me too bad I can be on a wait list, an hour later I checked and they said they were only taking one more patient on the wait list. Why am I still there?!
Awful communication and seemed unorganized.

I've been going to Wellspace for about 6 months now and I have received amazing care. I see an FNP Ami Tucker and she is SO nice, she actually listens to your concerns, has never brushed me off and has worked with me to get me on a medication that has quite literally changed my life. The office staff are all friendly at the Sunrise location, and the phone line workers have always been helpful when I need to get through to the office or have things sent around. I know call centers can be annoying but it is common for pretty much every medical group now to have a call center. The pharmacy is also really great and the staff there is awesome too!
Felt like posting this because the reviews really freaked me out initially when I got sent here after leaving Kaiser after many bad experiences there, people tend to only post negative experiences so wanted to give my two cents.
