I scheduled a consultation appointment online & was sent paperwork via email to complete. Ultimately I was unable to find childcare to attend the appointment, but before I could call to cancel, I received a voicemail. It said that if I didn’t fill out the paperwork immediately, my appointment would be cancelled & I would be charged $100 for a missed appointment. They were just nasty from the start. Threatening to charge not even a client, but a POTENTIAL client for a missed initial appointment, without it ever being made known that was policy, is not nice. Thank god I HADN’T filled out the paperwork- I had never given them my credit card info or permission to run it. So they were threatening to do something they couldn’t even do. Mean girl vibes. No thanks. I’ll take my business somewhere else!
