Had my Endoscopy done at this facility, great process checking in, hardly no wait time. The receiving room very clean and comfortable. All my attending nurses and staff were very attentive to my care very step thru the procedure. My gastroenterologist, Dr Gupta, as always explained the process at the beginning and after the procedure was completed thoroughly. Provided with pictures of procedure and follow-up instructions upon my discharge. Great staff, great facility.

My procedure was done yesterday and everything went well. Everyone there was professional and extremely nice. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta and his team. Thank you to Dr. Gupta, Dianne, Nancy, Courtney, Abby, Jason and Eddie. You all are amazing and I appreciate the great care you provided. I hope I didn’t miss anyone. See you in three years.

The entire staff here are super nice. The nurses were so efficient. They made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Dr Gupta was also very nice before the procedure and after he explained everything in terms I could understand. Anyone that needs these procedures done, I recommend coming here @ Wellness Avenue Surgery Center. Thank you all very much.

Nursing staff is nice and friendly. The 1 front desk girl (dark skinned with long hair and tattoo on neck) is very rude. She needs better customer service skills. Another thing the billing dept is a joke! They have people that have no clue what they’re doing. I came in for my procedure and was told I have a payment due. How? When I’ve met my out of pocket maximum and my deductible. Called my insurance company in front of the them and UHC was even willing to talk to them and little Ms. Attitude said No. they can’t talk to them. I even sent the other young lady a screen shot of proof that I’ve met everything and I shouldn’t be paying anything and they still insisted I pay something. Until another young lady came from the back and was more understanding and got the job done. Then the dark skinned girl came back up front and just shouted Mrs. Soto no payment due your good to go. Wow, very professional! Hopefully something gets done or the reviews are going to keep doing down.

What an excellent experience, despite the bowel prep! Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and transporters to the doctor and nurses in the procedure room was exceptional, friendly and thorough! Highly recommend!

I've gotten Tamara in the service team twice and she has such a god bedside matter that she puts me completely at ease. I think it's important (and rare) to bring your true self to your work rather than become a checked out service robot and I feel like she is genuinely present. Thanks so much.
