I had high hopes for this clinic. The first visit for the flu went well. The second was to establish myself as patient was ok. The nurse practitioner decided I needed multiple test. That was fine. She said she would call me with the results good or bad. She called to recommend more tests but didn't tell me how to take care of half of them. I went for the one test that she told me how to get. The radiology place called with the results not her.
I found the front desk receptionist to be rude and unprofessional on the phone. I told her that I thought she was rude and she called me back and left a voicemail to question why even though I had told her on the phone.
Not a good experience.

This clinic was chosen through my insurance. As I’ve relocated, I was in the search for a new primary care. Let me say, I would not recommend this clinic nor this doctor to anyone. Not even a stranger.

I went in for a severe mental health concerns and a yearly physical. For the last several months, I’ve decreased in motivation, joy, a sense of hope, increased amount of emotional pain and a severe case of suicidal thoughts ever day. My depression has onset severe anxiety and panic in my every day life due to recent personal loss, work stresses and changes in life that took a negative toll on my mental health in the last six months.

The nurse practitioner simply provided a pill a day and advised me to seek therapy. The doctor, himself, said “Don’t give the brain too much power. Don’t go to sleep with things on your mind. Thanks Doctor. *trigger warning* Can I kill myself now? If there was a simple solution to this severe depression and anxiety I have been experiencing FOR MONTHS, do you not think I would be “fixed” by now?! Insensitive doctor!

I called in a few days later in regards to this new daily pill, Zoloft and its side effects. I, ALSO, expressed my day to day mental struggle and how my job is willing to work with me during this difficult time. I’ve missed two days of work in one week time because of my depression - I discussed my FMLA benefits and what’s available through my job and I asked the Nurse Practitioner to assist me, to look over my forms and help me. I was responded with, “There’s nothing medically wrong with you. So, Seek therapy.” Again, I have been kicked down while I was already so low.

I came seeking help and she said, there’s nothing medically wrong with me so why even bother to help me? Then what is wrong with me?! Insensitive quality of care! I was handled lower than a human being. I was responded to as if my severe depression and anxiety wasn’t serious enough to them! And overall, they said they can’t help me. You have pushed away a depressed patient who asked and loudly begged for guidance, consistence and help. What if that had been my last reason? What if that was my last time asking for help? To have taken my mental health concerns this lightly, is yelling two very unkind words to my face. I’m disappointed in this physician.
