Loved my experience at Wellevate. Walking in, the vibe was very calm and welcoming. After a long week of heavy powerlifting, the compression therapy was just what I needed. Most places I’ve been to that have it usually just have the one for legs, but I was able to do legs and hips here which was a huge plus. Then did red light therapy and sauna which were both calming and relaxing. I chose to include a lemongrass scent in my sauna which was an excellent touch and made feel like I was at day spa. Last was the cold plunge, which was a first for me. A little daunting, but Nina was super helpful and walked me through it. I immediately felt a rush of energy coming out of the plunge and one day later my body feels great and ready for another week of training. Overall the place was very clean and I loved the aesthetics, well run, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Coming from a service background, I was also very impressed with all of the little details and attentiveness that made a big difference. I highly recommend!

The compression therapy and sauna have been such a game changer after the gym, and the cold plunge is always fun to challenge myself! I loved my first experience at Wellevate. We started with Normatec, to red light, the sauna and finished in the cold plunge. This was my first time doing the cold plunge and to be honest was very nervous. Nina was so wonderful in guiding me through breath work to help me get comfortable and prepared for the plunge. And I lasted 5 minutes! It felt comfortable yet private. I’ve sent a few of my personal training clients here and they love it just as much. 🥰

There's so many amazing Recovery tools, from the invigorating cold plunge, to the red light therapy, sauna, and my favorite the leg compression therapy, so satisfying and relaxing. If you are a newbie to the health and wellness game, I would recommend you come here. The staff is so resourceful and knowledgeable. Had the best experience at Wellevate Lounge. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I did the Wellevate experience 1-hr circuit (compression therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna and ended with cold plunge). The saunas were so clean and they provided a complementary aroma therapy diffuser, there were also Bluetooth speakers so I was able to listen to my audio book and meditation music. I was nervous about the cold plunge but they guided me through the whole thing, which was a game changer, I was able to do 5min. After they gave me complementary hot chamomile tea. The whole place was such a great vibe, I’ll be back. Also, their prices are amazing. Lots of value for your buck.
