My Insurance plan (hmo) assigned me Wendy Wiess as my doctor. She has a $100 paperwork fee plus additional fees ( don't know what they are) switcahed doctors before i saw her but the reviews are not good. With the cost of medical now days and a family of 5 at a $100.00 ($500.00) each is not a good doctor plan they get enough through copays and the insurance company. I can not speak to Dr. Wiess knowledge

I have been going here for years! At first I had a great experience but things changed, staff changed and the people there now are so rude and treat you horribly.
When a Dr office chooses to not refill your antidepressant/ anxiety medication that you’ve been on for years because you need to be seen first but the soonest they can see you is a month out, they have no care for your wellness. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Dr. Weiss is the best aesthetic medical doctor I have been to. She does all my injectable and aesthetic procedures. I’ve used several other MedSpas and Dermatologist in the area and she is by far the most experienced. I never feel like she doesn’t listen to my needs or concerns and I never feel like she’s rushing me out to get to the next appointment. I love her staff and have always had positive experiences. Dr. Weiss is also my daughters primary care doctor. She has done more for her migraines/health problems than any specialist she’s seen. Dr. Weiss really has changed her life. Highly recommend!

Front desk is very unfriendly. Dr Weiss was very condescending and arrogant. She asked a lot of very personal questions, and offered terrible advice. I said I was going through a rough patch in my marriage, and she said I "better have left my husband before my next doctor visit." Who says that?!? Luckily I didn't take her advice, my husband and I figured things out. We said for better or worse! Dr Weiss was more concerned with judging my personal life than offering medical advice. She doesn't seem interested in anything other than botox injections and medical aesthetics. Maybe she should just specialize in that and give up primary care. She's very rude, and I've never felt more uncomfortable with a doctor in my life. Find another doctor! Literally any other doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Weiss for several years and I highly recommend her as a physician. She is extremely intelligent & knowledgeable. She is a veteran who is still serving our country. Dr. Weiss is always courteous and friendly. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and her positive attitude is infectious. Dr. Weiss should be at the top of the list when searching for a family physician!

To tell the truth, I would never recommend Dr. Wendy Weiss to those who are looking for a qualified primary/family doctor. It seems she is more specializing on injecting the facial fillers and selling her vitamins rather then taking care of sick people. Besides, it always took me 30-45 mins seating in the waiting room before I saw her. Moreover, I've never felt she cared about my health issues. She was always in a hurry and very distanced, I'd say even arrogant.
If you come to Dr. Weiss for cosmetic treatments, she'll be super nice to you. However, if you come to her as to your physician, she would not care about you at all. It's all about money for her, whatever brings more money...
Moreover, besides having her as my primary doctor, I used her service once to have cosmetic treatment on my face as well because the prices were reasonable. I wish I️ had not done that. She did a terrible job on my face injecting a needle very roughly and painfully. I told her it hurt but she didn’t care. I had to wait for 5 months before my fillers dissolved.
Anyway, if you respect yourself and need a good physical, find someone else. It's my sincere advice to you.
Besides, her front desk staff is so rude. Every time when I've asked them a question, they acted as if they were doing me a big favor. It made me very uncomfortable. It was a big mistake and waste of my time. It’s my personal experience.

I've been going to doctor Weiss's office for years usually just for the routine annual check up. I've only seen Dr Weiss on my first visit . The only time I get a fast appointment and get to see doctor Wendy Weiss is when I make a appointment for botox or laser hair removal . If I request to see Dr. Weiss it'll take a month or longer. My doctor there was the PA Kimen Colgan . She was great she did the right thing to leave that unorthodox Practice . She is better to disassociate with Dr. Wendy Weiss Practice. For the first time I really needed serious medical care. I
broke my ankle in the middle of the night I was taken to the emergency room . I was told be the ER Dr. My ankle is severely broken in 3 places and needed surgery asap . I'm having the hardest time getting a referral to a Orthopedic surgeon . I don't know what the problem is we have very good surgeons in the Pismo beach/ Arroyo Grande area but they seem to send me to the worst and furthest (Templeton) orthopedic surgeon they could find . Now I'm going on my 11 day with broken ankle . I was told that surgery should be performed ASAP within 7 to 10 days after day of injury today is my 11th day and I'm waiting to get a referral. I tried to be proactive and called my insurance to see how I could speed up my process .They told me its up to my doctors office to request an emergency referral. When I called Dr. Weiss office and talked to the person handling my referral she basically told me to shut up and let her do her job . So I'm at their mercy.

This office has been my primary care provider for 8 years but I’ve never seen Dr. Weiss. I loved Kimmon the PA when she was there. She was (Heaven sent. But, she got smart and went to another office. We’ve been told she’s working for an Oncologist. I’m very sad that she’s still not there.I’ve been diagnosed with IBS and Kimmon prescribed a wonderful med, but it’s VERY expensive. Recently I applied to AbbVie in order to get the med directly from them. I applied in February and Dr. Weiss screwed up the application 2 times and wrote the prescription incorrectly 3 times! This has delayed me getting the med that I need. I’m still waiting! I don’t know how any doctor could be so incompetent! Since Kimmon left I too am looking for a new doctor. This office is a joke. I cannot recommend it to anyone. There is always a new crew out front and they no longer know me. It’s very frustrating.
