I love having Marianne Falasco as my PCP. She’s very kind and understanding and actually listens and cares. The office staff is excellent too. The office itself used to be a bank and is really neat. Easy to get appointments and typically I’m in and out especially for labs. The phlebotomist is a saint and she is the best of the best.

Every time I go for my appointment I'm always in and out quick as possible. The place is a little bit old but the staff, nurse's and Dr are all friendly amazing and get things done and make sure you see specialist if you need it or any kind of medical issues. I only been there about 2 months I still haven't met Dr Webster our Susan Hill but the nurse practitioner is the one I always see what she is an amazing lady it takes care of all my medical needs. If you're looking for a good primary Care doctor with the long wait times and don't waste your time our money then this is the place to go like I said it's a little bit older building looks little run down but don't judge a book by its cover. They're all great!!!!

I would NOT recommend them, and I will not be going back.

Office staff did not explain paperwork to be filled out clearly, made me pay upfront (I have NEVER paid a copay ahead of my appointment), and didn't say anything about the doctor being OVER AN HOUR BEHIND SCHEDULE. From my appointment time to me leaving the building took 2 1/2 hours. I was not called to the back until an hour past my appointment time.

I was apparently one of the last appointments of the day and a new patient, and the nurse was hurried and disorganized. Used her cell phone for timing things throughout my appointment such as heart rate, tests, etc. all with gloves on that she didn't change. At one point she dug her phone out of her pocket, started the timer, reached into container to get a tongue depressor, used it and threw it out, then wrote on my chart, ALL WITH THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES ON.

At the end of my appointment (after 7pm now, when my appointment was at 5) Most of the staff was leaving or had already left. My nurse who had run tests came to me multiple times to ask what the doctor had discussed with me and what medications he had wanted to prescribe. It felt VERY disorganized, and I left not really knowing what medicines I was going to receive or even when they would be sent to pharmacy, since the nurse I had been dealing with had disappeared at this point and the other nurse didn't know.

During the appointment the nurse made me choose a pharmacy, and did not give me time to look at my insurance or ask what insurance I had to ensure it was sent to the correct pharmacy. She rushed me through choosing, and apparently I chose wrong. After I left the doctor, I called the pharmacy to find out if my medications had even been sent in to be filled tonight. They had, so I went to go pick them up. Turns out the pharmacy did NOT take my insurance. I had to find a pharmacy that took my insurance that was open after 9pm, and the closest one ended up being 10 miles away.

VERY disappointed in the whole situation and the way it was handled by the staff. If you're running over an hour behind schedule, YOU SAY SOMETHING. Especially before you make someone pay for the appointment. I honestly would have left after sitting in the waiting room for an hour, but because I had already paid for the appointment I felt I had to stay. Then, after all the time I spent there, I left not really knowing what was going on because no one else seemed to know either. And the cherry on top was spending another hour and a half after my appointment just trying to get my medications!

Definitely not going back.
