I have over 8 debilitating conditions. I’m 31 with a 7 year old daughter I school at home. Living with these conditions is not easy, and what is even more difficult was being diagnosed and getting the treatment I need. Today I called WTP explaining I was in a flare and wanted to schedule an iv ozone. I have had this treatment for a few years and know how beneficial it is. They graciously got me in the same day, and that is where the good news stop. When scheduling, upon checking in AND when being taken back to the room they said I needed my good faith exam and wanted to make sure I knew the additional fee for todays treatment. After filling out paperwork, sitting and talking with the nurse for 45 minutes I was told I couldn’t have my IV today because I hadn’t had my good faith exam yet. I responded with I know, they scheduled me to have that today. She then said no there was a miscommunication and we don’t have a doctor to see you today. Even though I have been here before, for a different ozone treatment I wasn’t allowed to have the intended treatment today because someone messed up. I looked at the nurse and said, “so I rushed in, had my mom race over to watch my child and now I have to leave?” And she said “yes.” First of all, to the owner and practitioners of WTP, what would you do if this happened to you. This is a constant battle I face as a disabled person. Being let down, and being told the wrong thing. Here I am excited to receive treatment to help with my already horrendous flair, and now I have to leave. I got 1 quick I’m sorry and that was it. To rush in and be hopeful to have some relief puts someone like me right into a bad place. I was already hurting, now I’m hurting more, have waisted my time and now feel let down by someone yet again. Cherry on top, right after I was told all this delightful news she said “do you want to come back?” No. No I do not.

Canceling my membership. I feel cheated and betrayed. As a paying member, you might think they would tell us that the staff we knew and loved are gone. Dr. Scott annd Dr. Becker are there, but everyone I would have rated a 5 in the past are gone except one, visionary founder included. The vibe is no longer loving family. The services and concept are still great… but I won’t be back.

The idea is good, however, the customer service is terrible . I canceled membership due to a move. Still getting billed. No call backs, emails or letters. The concierge Dr messaging . No response.

We The People rocks! What they stand for and how they treat people. From my first visit I have been extremely happy with the care and services I have received! I love the variety of things available. I am especially happy now that Dr Kendra Becker is there to offer a more holistic approach to good health. So many good things included in my membership!

The doctor and medical staff actually spent quality time with me instead of the usual 2 minutes all doctors usually offer of their VALUABLE time. Tired of hearing the excuses all nurses and staff say “The Doctor has other patients.” Cool are they spending 2 minutes with them as well? Maybe these doctors need to stop seeing so many patients if the quality of care is going to be subpar? Goes against the Hippocratic Oath. This place is different .

When my Rx didn’t get properly sent to the pharmacy, I thought it was the usual Doctor’s office n hospital just not calling it in or E-Scribing it in or Fax it over. I worked in a pharmacy 3 years and from my experience of the tens of thousands of scripts we filled 100% of the time when a script didn’t get sent over they forgot to fax, call, or E-scribe it in or never gave their patient a physical script. We the People were able to prove it was in fact a technical error with empirical evidence & not actually a medical worker lying about forgetting to send it over. I was able to text them and they quickly resent the Rx over. 👏 That is amazing!

My husband and I LOVE We the People Health & Wellness Center! They listen to us, not start the timer to get us out of the office within the 15 minute standard time spot, they spend the time to discuss options instead of telling us what we have to do and you can tell they genuinely care. We are people to them, not just a number.
I can also get in to see my Dr. within a couple days if not sooner. I'm not stuck on a list that is 3 weeks or more out. I also don't wait for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to actually be taken back. Maybe 5 minutes if even that long and they call my name. They understand we have schedules also.
This was possibly the best move we could have made for our health care needs. I feel safe going there because I'm in charge of how I want to proceed with my health care. There is no judgement from them as they support my decisions. It's been a very, very long time since we've been able to have that.

Outstanding care. Honest and caring. We are of nature and our bodies need vitamins and minerals to function and repair without only chemical compounds provided by 98 percent of specialist or medical doctors today.
We are what we eat and not even including myself was eating first generation food or fule ,directly from the garden enough.
A simple old school iodine test on my wife's wrist discovered her thyroid wasn't regulating properly and 2 weeks later after taking a supplement of Trace Mineral Complex II ,she looks and feels great!
