Staff here was incredible. Techs made a huge impact on this process. The alumni guy holden was so helpful with anything I needed.. food could be better but overall great time.

Overall stay was decent. However the furniture in the bedrooms and community areas could use some updating. The staff needs to be more punctual with their scheduled shifts and off their phones while on duty. I feel as though some staff are lacking empathy and are only here for a paycheck. Ask all questions upfront because Admissions can be misleading.

Excellent facility! Changed my life. Would definitely recommend to others. Staff are wonderful and truly caring! My favorite member is the alumni coordinator Holden. He holds great groups which are so much fun and beneficial. Comfortable atmosphere, clean and food is always good.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The best care team one could have in a time of need. They got my diagnoses figured out year of being misdiagnosed. Got me on the correct medicines, and most importantly, they taught me some of the best coping skills. I gained my positivity in my body once again, and I feel like, for once in a long time, truly love myself. I'm leaving here a new but better person. For that, I'm forever grateful. The community was absolutely amazing as well. We helped each other out, and it was nice being in a community with people who were just like myself.

Also, the Techs (floor staff essentially) are that best. Hands down. They deserve so much recognition. I love every single last one of them. They provide so much positivity and light.

I absolutely came to the right place. The experience and staff were amazing in helping me get through my anxiety. Techs are amazing at making you feel comfortable, nurses and providers cared and listened to concerns. My therapist was AWESOME!!!! Alumni was amazing!!
