Amazing place to go. I have been highly impressed with the staff and the facilities are great and I would recommend this place to anyone going through the struggles in life. The doctors see you EVERYDAY that you detox, ensuring proper and adequate care. 5 stars for sure.

I can say 99% of people would have looked at me and say I was hopeless and there was no point for treatment. We Level Up not only gave me hope but changed my perspective on life and addiction. My therapist Donna changed my life forever and made time for me consistently even though how difficult I was at the beginning. She listened and also was so honest about life it made me smile every single day. Michelina was my guardian angel and talked me down from leaving treatment early countless times and took time out of her day to make sure I was okay, truly an angel. The nursing staff are legendary and made sure I made it through the dangerous detox process and was safe. Kruise makes sure everything gets done around here and is here for his love of helping others and giving back to the addiction community. Vanessa, my case manager, is extremely kind and made sure I had a great aftercare plan and will go out of her way to make sure everything you need done on the outside will still get done while you’re here. I can’t name all the staff because it take too long but everyone there makes a positive impact. I had to write a review just because they deserve to be acknowledged on how important choosing the correct place to start your recovery journey is. I’ll be telling anyone needing help to come here. This is the best place for you they care about you so much and they put in the work for you! The recovery coachs are the best big shout out to cruise you definitely help me so much! The therapist Jamie has helped me thru the hardest times, big shout-out to tim is the business and he will definitely go the extra mile for you,and the nurses are the best especially destiny basically this is the rehab for you!! Thank you for everything We Level Up!! Go there guys they give you the tools they give you the help and the rest is on you but I want to thank them because they help me save my life!!! And I even made it hard for them but they still showed up above and beyond!!!

This is a great place to get treatment. The staff are absolutely amazing, the people in my group were so generous and caring, they accommodated my vegetarian diet, everyone here really cares about each other and was very accepting of me and my dog. If you have your mind set to get clean, this is the place to do it. Because of these people, I get to put my old life behind me and start a new chapter. I absolutely love WE LU! They truly saved my life

This is going to be long so bear with me.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here at We Level Up. They are very kind and caring. Most of all, they will take the time to help us with any of our needs at just about any time (unless they are with another patient or patients). My therapist Donna, my recovery coach Davina, my case manager Serena, nurse Destiny, and my after care coordinator Tim. All of which are very knowledgeable. Ask them questions. Even the other staff that were not ones assigned to me were absolutely amazing. Some of those names are therapist Jamie, recovery coaches Kruise and Rachael, case managers Jocelyn and Vanessa, nurses Steve and Gonzalo, all BHT’s and my driver Kirk. If I forgot anyone’s name it’s only because I didn’t get a chance to get to know them. If I knew all the names of the staff here, I would put them all.

Food is catered by a good company for our 3 meals per day. There is an endless amount of snacks piled up in the pantry, freezer, and fridge. We get to do BBQ’s in which we can basically ask for anything within reason and it’s approved. For those who participate in groups and are finished with detoxing, we get to attend the weekly outings and we always get lunch provided for us on those outings. An example would be In-And-Out burger. Try not to eat TOO much in your stay here. We can easily do that here 😂. Utilize the gym equipment 💪🏼.

I’ve taken this experience very seriously and if anyone else wants to better their life and get and STAY SOBER, go to WE LEVEL UP. It feels like you’re at a resort. Their goal is to make everyone succeed. And we can tell that the staff truly and whole-heartedly wants that for us. Their energy and vibes are very positive. This is not just a job for them. They want to make a difference in our lives.

Recommendations -

Get out of your bungalow. SOCIALIZE and make new friends. This makes the experience much easier and fun for us. Time flies by when doing this.

Go to every GROUP after finished with detox.

Work the TWELVE STEPS program to gives us the tools to place in our toolbox to use when we get to the outside world.

Go to AA or NA MEETINGS (whichever is for you depending on your addiction).

Get a SPONSOR on the FOURTH STEP of the program. Usually, these are found at meetings but can be found elsewhere.

Level-Up has been an absolute life changing experience. I wasn't sure what to expect considering. The staff was more than helpful, attentive and trustworthy. The culture, care and atmosphere is bar none. I couldn't put into words if I tried to, the amount of empathy, understanding, guidance, knowledge and personal experience every employee here has for each and every patient will leave you speechless.
This life long journey of sobriety although can seem unobtainable, daunting or unrealistic for us addicts is approached tactically, specific too each patients needs and done with such finesse it's almost surgical. Each step of the way, staff has been here. Every conversation, every breakdown, every tidal wave of inadequacy or the cravings. The staff has had my back, taken me through the fire and lifted me up. I just want to personally thank them all. I can't say enough good to these people because I don't think they get enough credit, definitely under payed and under appreciated.

While at Level-Up I got top notch care, from food to amenities etc. Walking track, animal friendly for certified "service dogs". Wading pool, splash pool as well. Waterfall, fire pit, rec. room, music, instruments to play and most importantly a fitness center. Beautiful sunsets in the Ortega mountains each night. Serine and tranquil mountain landscape. The therapist's, the nursing staff, BHT's, case managers, recovery coaches and even maintenance people are all so caring. They took us to a A.A. Meeting, on a hike, bowling, they took us out for DelTaco, let us have a full on cook-out for the superbowl. Each and every step of my recovery from the after care coordinator too the sheets on my bed have been taken care of. Anything I needed no matter what time of the day or night a person was right by my side too assist and execute. I have grown exponentially, developed tools i never knew I had and learned so..so much about my addiction. The why's and how's, what ifs and why we don't anymore. Also, what that looks like for our future and the collateral damage we cause.
I'm more than pleased with everyone here and would highly recommend Level-UP to anyone searching or in need of a solid place to repair, reboot, recover and build up.

All of these people have touched my heart. Given more than I could have asked for and all attributed to my personal journey of growth, understanding of my addiction and sobriety. The road to recovery isn't easy whatsoever... That being said, they've given me hope, helped me understand that I don't have to face it alone. Made it possible for me to love myself again and most importantly reconnected me to my higher power.
3 out of 20 people in recovery stay the coarse.. the others relapse or die. This can be daunting, intimidating and make a person feel defeated or like they cannot do it.
Level-Up gave me the tools I needed to NOT become a statistic.
If you want to triumph over your addiction and get back to life with a vengeance. This is the best place to get the love, support and ability to build that foundation that's so crucial to take that first step in strength, intention and discipline.

60 days ago I entered this facility and I am so glad I did! 60 days sober today! I am beyond blessed to be where I am. I open another business and it is now thriving as much as my Architectural business. Thanks again We Level Up Team!!!!!
