Sorry to say but this company was given to me by my insurance company and I wouldn't buy from them. Linda the office manager is not a very good person. Took 2 days to order a knee scooter. They gave me the wrong web to send my personal information to. Then 4 hours later. After I call them she was nasty rude and I told them my insurance company closes at 330pn. Now it was 3. And they didnt call until after that.So new day now call at 8am and 3 hours later calls me back tells me wrong Information. My deductible is paid. She said it wasn't wanted me to pay o top of my 15% that I new was my liability. But wanted 8.00 month ontop of that. I told her her she was told wrong g and she hung up on me. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. There are plenty of companies. Linda needs a new job...
