I absolutely love how fast and reliable Tiffany is with my son’s care. Very helpful and quick to respond with his machine and oxygen tanks. She responds to his questions and answers to any and everything he wants to know. That alone makes him feel like he’s so much more important to her than a patient. Tiffany is so passionate with professionalism in what she does. Making sure everything is working before leaving and answering question’s so I as a mother understands how to use the machine properly before she departs from my home. I wouldn’t want another respiratory therapist other than Tiffany. Thanks, Tiffany for all your support and dedication to the best care for my son!!!

Our family has been a part of Wave for the better of 5 years with my now 7 year old granddaughter and half a year with my mom. I couldn't find a better company. Sabrina is top notch on answering questions and diagnosing vent issues by phone. When I absolutely lost my cool because Drs didn't set up the vent right she was able to find it. Highly recommend this company!!
