Dr.Mark Leach and the whole office are so friendly. Dr. Leach took an ugly spot off my leg to send away. He did a fantastic job, we talked through the whole procedure. He is very caring, understanding and very sympothetic of what your going through. Thank you Water's Edge Dermotology for your kindness and I must add VERY CLEAN OFFICE.

I was asked to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, I did. Unfortunately I sat in the waiting room over half an hour past my appointment time meaning I sat there over an hour. That said the staff is very friendly and personable. The Doctor was both professional and friendly and the quality of care was excellent.

Delighted, really! The staff was helpful and made me feel totally at ease. I was a bit stressed going in. After a few pin pricks for numbing the area I was totally fine. The Dr. talked me through it and the procedure was done and I was out of there quickly. Thank you

Other than the 45+ minute wait, everything was great. I had my annual checkup, a skin scrape and several places freeze-sprayed. Staff are delightful and very helpful, explaining each procedure and asking permission. Very important because the skin on my hands seems to be very sensitive to being frozen resulting in days of pain and a long healing time.
