They ask for a PA for every single medication, every single refill, and every single time you just walk in the door. My doctor has given them a PA for each medication already, but everytime I go to pick up a refill, they say $20 or another PA. I have no idea why this happening. If I get a refill and it says on the bottle that I can get 7 more refills. . . Then that's all, you know I'm on that medication. I shouldn't need a PA every time I go to pick up something that I've been on for years and have multiple refills on.
My doctor is the one that called it in, isn't that Authorized? But I don't need a PA if I pay for it. . . .
I've also gotten someone else's medications a couple times. Glad I read the bottles before I poisoned myself.

Walter's has been my family pharmacy for 25 years. Great pharmacy & service. However, staff needs to work on telephone etiquette. Staff is very short & abrupt on the phone when I call in refills.
