As someone who works during the hours they are open, I have been seriously disappointed with Wallace. They obviously don't care because they are busy. After over a year their phone hours and online hours are still different from each other. I do not know if I just keep interacting with the same person, but she should not be the "customer care" person. She is not mean, she just does not care.

I purchased a rotating sit for my client but my client don’t like it I went and returned they don’t hve a return policy. They don’t accept return they said I’m disappointed on this store. They should put that in the store no return on all product in the store so that customer will know. I don’t recommend this store. I’m not going back on this store again.

We purchased a chair with many changeable positions for my husband who’d just had back and neck surgery. He needed it ASAP. The delivery truck was late by a few days more than we were promised and Wallace Medical gave us a loaner. We were very thankful to them and their outstanding customer service!

I was quite disappointed in that the cooler that I received to treat my knee surgery was nut upsets me is that it had two leaks and that is totally unacceptable. There should have been a person to check out the unit before issuing it for use.

My father (age 93) and I went in on Friday July 10th to look for something for him to sit on because of the weight he's lost he is uncomfortable. With help from Brandon we ended up with an inflatable ring. We weren't sure is this was going to be the solution but we'd give it a try. When we got it home we discovered the valve stem is metal and sticks out approximately 2" which would destroy the inside of his chair. We took it back on Saturday July 11, Rhonda (VERY nice lady) waited on us and explained that NOTHING in the store is returnable and it would be a manager's decision. There's a note at the bottom of the receipt stating the non-returnable policy but nothing was mentioned when we purchased it and there are absolutely NO SIGNS anywhere stating this. Mary, the manager, was VERY rude and told Rhonda she needed to make sure Brandon showed the disclosure to customers and have them initial/sign the receipt. (Good idea) It would have been nice had he done this with us because we wouldn't have bought this knowing we couldn't return it. Mary said to use the $23.60 as a credit and find something else. We found something else that my dad really can't use but at this point we weren't going to leave without something!!! Very bad experience. Please post your no return policy so that customers can see them and pleae make them aware of it at the register!!! And Mary...please stay home if you're having a bad day.

Need to update, today is Saturday, shows store is open. It is CLOSED. Wasred my time and gasoline. Could have been avoided if they would post their correct hous.
