In the past I've had some bad experiences here. Mainly with a rude cashier but it's been pretty good lately. The cashier is very friendly and helpful to me. The head pharmacist has always impressed me when I saw how kind she was to some elderly customers. The only complaint I have recently is I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled and they only told me when I went to pick it up that it was on order and they didn't know when it was coming in and thank goodness it did come in on time. My app hasn't been working properly to check on my prescription status either. My husband's us working fine so I don't know what my apps problem is...?

Heather is the most helpful but is way overworked because she seems to do it all and everyone depends on her... But they never keep enough staff to run both the drive through and inside register which is ridiculous and makes using them frustrating... Also the last 3 times I had medicine to pick up which I ordered online and also took scripts inside and dropped off were not ready within the 2 hour timeframe... That is also very frustrating... I am thinking of changing but I just got moved here in May when Hayes closed so I'm trying to be patient but something has got to change and soon!

Sorry excuse for a pharmacy. They told us our meds would be ready at 6. Got there and was told7:30. I said I was just told 6 on the phone and 2 workers called me a liar.

They never have my medicine in stock and I called a couple of weeks ago again about it and the girl I talked to tried to shift blame like it was my fault and she was extremely rude. I keep trying to get my doctors to call in my prescription to winn dixie who have always given me good service and they say its sent there but turns out it's at Walgreens again. I'm going to have to make sure it's at winn dixie somehow.

This is the only Walgreens that won't let me get my tablets a few at a time as they're very expensive without insurance. Green springs and Chelsea Walgreens let me do it. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very smooth and nasty with me and I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. She said that the other 2 Walgreens were illegally supplying my meds but it's funny ive been a Walgreens customer for the last 2 years and never had a problem with getting a few of my tablets and sometimes everyday until I completed my prescription. I'd like to speak to someone higher up in the company bc of this incident. Honestly, the lady was very rude and not respectful at all. I called at about 12:00 Sunday. Thanks for any help.
