Pharmacy customer service today by Kaitlyn was offensive. She was rude and showed no evidence of care for her customer. Customer service is very important especially in health care. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs or wants a pharmacy to care. This is my neighbor pharmacy. I had two other choices, but I made a mistake. I will definitely use Kroger or CVS next time.

I love Walgreens! I've been a fan on the West Coast and now in the Auburn area.
Great, etc. I like accumulating dollar points on my card and using them on visits. Often good sales on Vitamins too!

It's clean/tidy, the employees are friendly, but they need more ppl there to work bc it takes entirely too long to get an Rx filled. My 17yro son has had surgeries done and I've submitted the script and wouldn't be able to fill them until several hours/days later and they'd be pain meds or a regimen he needed to start ASAP.

TOTALLY Agree about just kids working there and being jerks. I came in at 11:55pm, not because I wanted to, but because I was having an allergic reaction to some medication and needed benadryl. I mistakenly thought they were open 24 hours. Some young blond manager jerk caught me coming in the door and said, "Just so you know, we close in 5 minutes. I mean, I guess you can come in if you need something but you need to leave quickly." Then, he proceeded to follow me around the store about 15 feet away; not to help find what I needed, but to either act like I was going to steal or rush me out. He followed me all the way back to the register and sat there sighing until I could leave. I will literally never give that Walgreens another penny.

Pharmacy staff provides the worst service and treatment. Made a vaccine appointment, got there 10 minutes early checked in at counter, waited 30 minutes, then they brought the necessary paperwork, filled it out waited over 30 minutes - now over an hour PAST my scheduled time, they call me up to tell me that it has not been quite 2 weeks from my flu vaccine to get the RSV so they would not see me. Told to come back.....since they did not honor my appointment time i just figured it didn't matter - went today waited 30 minutes in line to be told they would not see me without a scheduled appointment and then they walked away. And, the person checking in before me did not have an appointment but they were seeing her! REALLY........
Don't go to Walgreens pharmacy on E Glenn if you are someone who likes good service and some good communication!!!!!

WORST pharmacy hands down. The staff are extremely rude and they talk about the people at the window when they shut it. I usually use Auburn Pharmacy but unfortunately they were closed at the time I needed a medication for my son. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Auburn Pharmacy
