I have never hated a hospital so much. It took all I had not to cuss out the person asking me questions. Im in so much pain I can hardly think. The words out his mouth was and you expect us to do what? NOTHING apparently. I felt more interrogated than I felt like he was trying to help. He even looked at his phone while I was talking. Treated me like I was a pill addict. I never take meds even for my bipolar disorder and anxiety. Even after surgery I wasted more pain pills than I took. Just sat on my counter collecting dust so if I'm seeking help it's because I'm in extreme pain. Y'all made me never want to get help again even on my death bed. Y'all need to learn how to treat people and be kinder to those that come to you. Not automatically assume they take pills. OH and apparently the reason I was freaking out so bad thinking my blood pressure was high is due to having a panic attack. Which the dr. Would have caught had anyone listened to me. Which was happening because the pain I'm in.

If I could do a minus "star" rating I most definitely would! I came in by ambulance right before Thanksgiving 2023 with severe pain. Wadley not only missed a screw in my scans but then had the nerve to patronize me. I was there for just a shot of heavy-duty pain medication so my mom and partner could drive me to Little Rock, AR. I had a screw coming out of my vertebra after having three rods replaced with four new rods after two had snapped in my spine. Less then a month and this screw was tearing my lower back muscles and I was trying to get to UAMS for emergency surgery @ 1am. In the meantime with being wheelchair bound again and screaming in pain. I had to goto the bathroom but a mean-spirited redheaded nurse refused to get me a bed pan and wanted to go to the bathroom alone. I have rods from my tailbone to between my shoulders so, wiping myself is not going to happen. Anyhow, she brought in a wheelchair finally and ordered me to transfer by myself. I told her I needed a transfer board. She was exhausted with my situation and my family hadn't gotten here already. This certain redheaded nurse said she'd get me up to transfer me, which I begged her not to drop me. I couldn't put weight on to my legs at all, I told her I couldn't at all. Guess what? She dropped me to the floor with half my body sliding up under my wheelchair bruising my legs in multiple areas and ripping a thigh muscle as I fumed in pain. I howled in pain as she ran out of the room leaving me on the floor underneath my wheelchair. She brought back four other nurses and a Security Guard Officer to get me off the floor. Doctor came in to give me pain shot for the trip to Little Rock, AR. Took my family to help with two men, a wonderful dark haired nurse and the Security Guard to get me into my vehicle. Get "other" nurses, security, and such, even the doctor was spot on, but if a sour faced hateful redheaded piss poor excuse of a nurse is on your Emergency Room triage team, quietly get up and leave. She is truly a foul poor excuse for a nurse and should never be near living patients.

Some of the nurses were very nice and I think all of them knew their business pretty well. Dr. Brown was very good. However there was one young man who really seemed to have an attitude. I felt well taken care of for the most part and really appreciated the nursing staff! However I was in a room without a call button and needed to go to the bathroom and couldn't get anyone to answer my shouts. When I did get an answer it was that young man who unhooked me but did not bother to come and hook me back up again to the monitors.

WORST experience I've had with a hospital yet. Mom came in with confusion, slurred speech, dehydration, and other symptoms. When asked what her other symptoms were, she could not remember. The nurse and doctor both were visibly irritated. Once the doctor left, I left out the room and overheard him talking about my mom - in the open hallway. After I stepped in and put my two cents in, he walked away. We are currently still here, been here for four hours. No results back from the MRI or CAT Scan, no IV, no one has check in, not even to pick up her urine sample that was requested three hours ago. My daughter came to the hospital and was not allowed to come in, because she was not over 18 years old. She cried and cried in the parking lot because she could not see her Nona. When we requested to leave, they finally put an IV in. The doctor told us 30 minutes tops, the nurse told us one hour. The only good service we have recieved is from Randy in the ER, he has been a breath of fresh air.

They Are RUDE, They don’t care about the patients. And if you aren’t a fully functioning hospital at night then why are you even open?

Check-In was expedient with the exception of waiting on doctors updated doctors to reflect CPT code. After that everything else flowed effortlessly. The tech that performed my procedure was amazing. She very courteous, gentle, caring, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. As a former 2x employee I’m still amazed at the level the facility provides even through the many transitions. Kudos…..

I went to the emergency room with chest pains on 4/28/23. I saw the doctor once when she first got there. After all the tests came back the nurse told me it wasn't my heart. Several nurses came in to discharge me, when I asked uf the doctor was coming in ti talj yo mr yhey said that they thought he haf been in. The 3rd nurse came in I had, enough about waiting for the doctor I got my papers and left. I know that nothing will happen because he is a doctor. I am really upset about the whole ordeal. He's a doctor who has no bedside manners.

Worst experience ever…
I went to Wadley ER with sever chest pains. I explained to the nurse that I got a pacemaker after going into cardiac arrest and being in a coma for four days. Was told I was having a panic attack and sent home.
Come find out it was a fib. A problem with the electrical part of my heart. My heartbeat was 180 beats per minute. But the doctor said wasn’t nothing wrong.
