I have been coming to this office for years and just realized I have never left a review! I absolutely love the staff through and through. The ladies at the front and the nurses are always so lovely. My family sees Dr. Ross and Dr. Ingram. I couldn’t ask for better! My OBGYN was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Ross caught my cholestasis at the end of my pregnancy in 2023. I am very thankful that I am in such good hands!

Dr. Samantha Ross took on my family when we moved to the area in 2008. She’s a great doctor who is easy to talk to, open minded and truly an advocate for her patients. Scheduling is always easy with the wonderful staff and wait times are minimal. I’m so thankful and blessed to have her and her amazing staff on our side!

We moved to Northern Alabama and were worried about finding a thorough and understanding doctor. Dr. Ingram took on the role as our family physician and was a great transition from our previous Doctor, who was great. Our family has a wide array of serious health needs ranging from severe spinal injury, cardiac issues, autism and skin cancer to name a few. He was great at getting referrals in immediately and not leaving us to worry. His approach to our families care has been very refreshing and instead of overwhelming health issues we can focus on what’s important in life aside from healthcare. We highly recommend Dr Ingram and Waddell Center Family Medicine and trust them completely with all six of our families care.

Neha patel is the worst. Dosen't return calls, dosen't send referrals to your insurance, not once have I ever gotten a real person on the phone, been trying for 6 months to get my wife into a OBGYN for six months just to finally get an appointment and show up just to be told that the doctor didn't send it to the insurance company. Six months and a half dozen phone calls back and forth at my expense. My wife has yet to get into the OBGYN.

I do not recommend for the lack of concern they shared for me. I was in 18 wheeler accident and they assumed that I was coming to see them for that. I already had made previous plans to go to sportsmed about my care. My pain was unbearable and I remembered what my late grandmother said about this office. I was assured that I was going to get the care that I need for myself and pain management despite the accident. The practitioner on called seemed a little hesitant when I was there ....I WAS NOT THERE FOR A ER FOLLOW UP....only for care and even if I had to wait 3 months to be seen ....I would've waited. They were nice in the front office, but one of the assistants had cold mannerisms slamming a file on the front desk. I'm local and can't even get proper care because I was the passenger in the vehicle that someone else caused. Please don't make assumptions.....now I have to go back to work in pain and no blood pressure care. I hope the rest of the offices in the area don't treat their patients with private insurance like this.

For the reception staff and lab folks I'd give them 5 starts but...for nurse practitioner Neha Patel I'd give her a negative 10. This is the second time I've had a 9:30 appt and waited 45 minutes in a room for her to show up. She states hatefully "it's a doctor's office it happens" then threatened to assign me to another doctor. Don't need her help I'll find one myself. I'm 62 not the first time I've seen a doctor. Worthless.

Beth L. Dr Gray is a great doctor! She explains everything so I can understand. And she listens to my questions. I never feel rushed. The staff is great, too! And the wait times are on time. I 100% recommend Waddle Center Family Medicine and Dr. Melissa Gray.

Dr. Samantha Ross Davison and her staff is absolutely wonderful, my whole family go's to Dr. Ross. She always listens to what you have to say, and makes sure she covers everything your having problems with. I have taken my kids to several Dr. But because of the way the Dr acted to my kids I would change dr's but now I'm stuck lol I love Dr. Ross, she has kids of her own and she totally understands more than other dr out there do. I also give the front desk props they are a bunch of lovely ladies.
