Very modern imaging center, staff is courteous and professional, fairly fast. Overall, it's a good center for all imaging needs, also very clean. Will come back for my medical imaging when necessary.

This was one of the most beautiful imaging centers I’ve ever been to! The front desk, the nursing staff, the techs and the management were absolutely amazing! 5 star service. I’ve never been in and out of a CT or MRI so quickly. And the doctors reading their scans are top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was an awesome place!! Super fast, knows what they are doing! They work with you. Everyone here is super nice! The office is really nice as well! Would totally recommend to any family or friend! Best part is it is close to my house location whist is truly an awesome thing! Overall this was a great experience

Would have given 5 stars if not had bad experiences twice. First time arrived at facility to find their systems shut down for a week and they were unable to advise. Second time, my husband was able to get his exams done, but I who share the exact same insurance plan was told I was not approved and would need to pay in full for the exams having a Medicare advantage with a supplemental PPO. I was rushed out of my first exam and told to speak to desk regarding my sequential exams. It was appalling the incompetence. I had no patience and left. Annoyed at the manager’s inability to solve the problem. The technicians that executed the exams were very good and the machines apparently new. But service interfacing with patients sorely lacking. After spending hours calling them the explanation I received was initially convoluted nonsense followed by the obvious. Very disappointing and made for added unnecessary stress.

Receptionist was courteous and greeted you as you entered the building. Technician was organized, knowledgeable, listened and made you feel comfortable to ask her questions.The building was emasculate- waiting room, examining room, hall ways and restrooms.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly and attentive to the situation. The US TEC left without notify to Pt or Supervisor or from desk Tec left the building without performing the exam.They tried to re-schedule all the patients. It is unpleasant to waste time. Can someone please be aware of the situación that way that will no happen to Pt anymore.
I very upset to give you all a very low level of star's

The center is new and clean , the staff is nice , but the medical equipment need to improve. I almost fall from an OB bed , which was just like a massage bed , I need to go to a ladder to clim the bed , without foot rest for examination, plus jump on a cushion to adjust instead off have a normal control bed for obstetric exam ., very uncomfortable, and bad experience place .

They skip people and it seems like the receptionist is not well trained in HIPPA and customer service. Receptionist has the nastiest attitude. Why would someone get upset because I request to complete my transaction before working on someone else? The way that company operates, I would not be surprised if they made multiple mistakes with client’s information or they had been breached. I highly do not recommend.
