Doug and Tonya are excellent and part of a first-class team! 🏆 They took care of the PA required by our new insurance company - working with the doctor to make sure it was submitted and expedited. 🤝

Since we do home infusions, they made sure the meds arrived on-time. The pump was programmed perfectly. And the supplies included were of high quality, unlike cheaper alternatives used by other infusion services. 🧐

I started my infusions in February 2024. After my Dr. had tried several different medications for Ulcerative Colitis. Each and every person that I have had contact with, with Vidal Care Pharmacy has been great. They contact me before and after my infusions to see how I am doing. Which means a lot. The nurse that they assigned to me Karen Philpot has been wonderful and also calls the day after the infusion to check on my well-being. If You are any of your family members needs this type of service? I would highly recommend Vidal Care Pharmacy of Jacksonville Florida.

Absolutely the best specialty pharmacy ever! I had to get IV steroids done due to a MS exacerbation and from the first step to even now, Anna has been wonderful! I really appreciate that she cares for the customer and works diligently to make sure you receive your medication and supplies as soon as possible! She's super friendly, kind, great with communication, and will make sure things are completed until the end. Even after, she will check up on you too! Please do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions or supplies filled here!! I've been treated with nothing, but pure kindness since that first phone call. Thank you Dr. Anna for taking care of everything for me! It was an easy process and she explains everything that she does!

After a referral from my Dr I received a call from Vital Care to arrange for my Infussion , which they arranged for in a short waiting period. I had an infusion every day for 5 days . The facility was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The nurse was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and I was very well looked after. I recommend this facility 100%
