This was my first time at Vista Clinical, and Micheline was amazing! She was so attentive and understanding, especially when I mentioned how much I hate needles. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately, and her kindness really made a difference. She even saved me a trip to another lab by drawing additional blood on-site. Exceptional service highly recommend. Did I mention it was painless.

I do not recommend this lab at all. From the beginning, when we arrived, we were treated very badly by the lady named Micheline. We still don't understand why. She didn't welcome us well, she was unwilling the whole time and she even made bad jokes and mocked us. I didn't know this lab. It was our first time there. We paid out of pocket and went there on the recommendation of our doctor. How much regret! My 6-year-old son was scared of the exam and nervous because he had never had a blood test before and Micheline did nothing to be more pleasant or calm him down and on top of that she separated me from him during the exam. She said that she would collect blood from my husband and son and the other lady would collect my blood (the lady who did my exam was super nice and professional but unfortunately I don't know her name). At the end, I asked Micheline if she could put a note requesting the results to be urgent because we had a very tight deadline due to personal reasons, but instead of trying to help or empathize, she responded with mockery and treated my husband and me as if we were children. She asked why we didn't do the blood test earlier if we were in a hurry. All we did was ask if she could help in any way. She shouldn't talk like that to clients/patients. Very unprofessional! At no time did we treat her with disrespect; quite the opposite. It seemed like she was doing us a favor by providing the service. I was devastated and very sad for paying for a service and being treated so badly. We do not recommend this lab to anyone. Apparently we were unlucky, and she must not have been having a very good day.

The service was spectacular. Frances is a very careful and kind professional. I was attended to very quickly and made to feel at ease. The best part is that I didn’t feel any pain! Simply amazing! 100% recommended.

Frances was the best! She hit the vein perfectly and I didn’t even feel it. Made the whole process very smooth and comfortable. I hate needles and get very anxious about getting labs. Very clean facility as well. Will be back here 100% next time. 10/10 recommend!!!

Michelin was absolutely amazing! I have never been to get blood work done where they have not struggled to find a vein and she got it done on the first try. Made me feel comfortable and was also in and out. Highly recommend

Such a great experience with Micheline coming here for my blood and glucose test!! She made me laugh so much and really just overall made my day. It’s rare to find people that enjoy their job and have a smile on their face while working; so this visit was extremely refreshing. Also, what a beautiful office- love the planty vibe!!

Today was my first visit to your clinic, and I want to say that everyone was pleasant, and the office was clean. Suzette was my phlebotomist today, and her touch was so gentle that I did not even recognize that she had put the needle in. It was the best blood-taking I have ever had. I will recommend your clinic whenever someone asks where to go for blood work. Thank you for a pleasant experience of something that generally is not.
