Thank you Visiting Angels! What an exemplary birthday for my wonderful husband celebrating life and having caring help after a long search. Cristina, Joellen and Rachel have gone above and beyond to bring our Visting Angel Barbara . She has brought wonderful magical moments of enjoyment of singing , laughing and living life to our fullest. Congratulations to all of us for bringing an outstanding team together. Please help us. The new staff does not communicate well with people they serve. They do not match the needs of the patient with the person sent to the home. The people they serve are Veterans with serious breathing problems and it should be in the chart. The person they send to the home should know the name of the patient and what support he /she needs. This is important to to help them feel safe and not afraid. They change caregivers too often and a courtesy call is expected when they are not going to show up. Kind Regards,

Stay away from Visiting Angels, Naples, Florida. Both the office staff and the caregivers are the worst! The office sent “caregivers” who fell asleep on the job, let my mother sit in her own urine until her shift was over until the next aide could take care of it, left her soiled diaper next to my mother’s bed until the end of her shift so she didn’t have to make a trip to the garage, and so many other unspeakable acts. Most of the caregivers had no experience and just played on their phone all day instead of either cleaning up the kitchen or doing a small load of laundry. They are supposed to do light housekeeping. I’m sure there are other Visiting Angels offices that provide a good service, but the Naples, Florida office is not one of them. It was a terrible experience.

Recently hired on Visiting Angels of Naples to help mom with some things around the house that she could no longer handle on her own and the caregiver has been going above and beyond. Not only does mom now have someone to spend her days with she has a new friend that has given her something to look forward to every day. Amazing services thank you Visiting Angels and Thank you to the lovely young Laura who met with us and made our decision an easy one.

The staff goes above and beyond to not only meet the needs of the clients and families but also the needs of the caregivers as well.
