Me and my husband went and had our eyes examined. We purchased glasses three pairs for me and two for my husband. The doctor was thorough. The young lady that helped us pick out glasses and she also fed us for the glasses once we came back was excellent very friendly and very helpful. Her name was Lily. I would Recommend the store here in Naples at the Granada Shoppes.

Beware of this place and find somewhere else. Unprofessional. Rude and ripping people off. They were going to charge me $40 if I didn’t get my eyes dilated.

Called around to their competitors (eyeglass world) and they said they would just have me sign a piece of paper if I didn’t want to get dilated (no extra charge).

Was ready to drop money on contacts and glasses today. Also, planned my Saturday (one of my only days off work) around this appointment. Only to find out they were charging extra uncalled for fees.

Had to stand on principle and cancel the appointment. What a waste of time. This place just wants your money and expect you not to ask questions. Make sure you ask for pricing ahead of your appointment people! 0 stars

They worked with me over and over again until my glasses were perfect! I didn’t think progressives would ever work. Lilia in the optical was so kind, patient and compassionate, taking extra time to make sure I was happy! She is the best!!!! Thank you again!

Lilia DeLima goes above and beyond in her excellent customer service. She took the time to explain all the options i had which I didn’t get that from previous sales persons in the past, and helped me pick the most appropriate lense for my needs. Also because my prescription wasn’t right, she recommended i had my eyes recheck. I did and she gracefully send to rework my glasses expedited at no extra cost and a week later i just picked them up and they are perfect! Good quality glasses for all budgets. Highly recommended.

Michael is a rock star. I had a minor delamination issue with one of my lenses. He had a complete new set of lenses made for me. These guys give terrific service after the sale.

I bought my glasses here six months ago and have been very happy with them.

Regrettably, the frames broke while I was traveling. Scott the manager, found me a substitute frame, replaced the lenses, and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.

Great service.
