Out of all the optometrists I’ve seen over the years for my contact prescriptions, this location has easily been the best experience. Just had a wonderful experience with getting my new glasses at Visionworks Rancho Santa Margarita.
Dalenna was supper pleasant and professional. She took the time to make sure I was updated with all the new technologies of the new lenses & pros and cons. It was a great option to have someone with a good eye for details and an impressive talent to assist you in choosing a frame that looks and fits the BEST on you.
Quality of my glasses are very important to me and since the price of eye glasses have gone up quite a bit, i did my do diligence to check prices from most popular places in the area and I found the best deal at Visionworks. I'm happy with the glasses and impressed at the service I got.

Came by with a broken pair of glasses that needed an adjustment due to heat damage along the sides. Incredible customer service and they got adjusted back in place for free! Absolutely saved me and I’m very thankful. Layne was the best and I’ll be returning soon!

I was also very happy with the service I received from the optometric technician Layne. She was very positive and welcoming and made the whole experience a breeze. Visionworks was so professional! Dr.Eisa was amazing and took great care of me. Purchasing glasses was also super easy with the help of the employees here. I am a first time glass wearer and they truly simplified the process for me for a great price! Definitely recommend!!
