I recently had an eye appointment, and it was a very simple and straightforward experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The lady who assisted me in picking out glasses was particularly nice and helpful. She guided me through the options and made the selection process enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of an eye appointment!

2/11/25 - went back in to get a bill for insurance and check my glasses. Brayden and Chris were there again and were so helpful, encouraging, and made it feel like I was a valued person not just numbers to make money. I don’t foresee going anywhere else. I am just so grateful for them both!!!!!!!

So reviews said it was a fantastic place and I appreciate those reviews because I decided to give it a try. Brayden was helpful, encouraging, gives opinions when asked because decisions are hard. Chris did the exam before the optometrist. He was kind, flexible, and helpful. Brayden let me use his pen, even though it’s his “prized possession”. Marcus printed out our insurance and was helpful. His staff that he has hired is proof that his is management that cares and sets up his staff for success. Seriously they were kind, helpful, worked with us, and were so kind.
GO HERE. ASK FOR BRAYDEN OR CHRIS. they are just fantastic

Great selection of glasses and great service. Chris and Dr Burnett were helpful, and especially Ximena in the front. She is so nice and helpful and I wish she was my friend in everyday life. Highly recommend!

Went here after a new Costco policy now dictates you have a retinol scan, 29.00 extra, and usually not required, with your regular eye exam. New policy, no exemptions...being forced to pay for a non required procedure is WRONG and shows that all they want is more money..Shame shame shame on Costco...

The store was large, well stocked and the staff was very informative, attentive.

The doctor took her time, explaining almost everything she was doing and answered all my questions.

The front staff was also nice, knowledge and attentive.

Definitely our new eye exam location.

I have gotten glasses at numerous places over decades. This is my first time at Visionworks and I can honestly say this will be the only place I come from now on. Not only are they professional, which one would expect, but they are reasonably priced and so friendly! Chris helped me first with my selection. Then a week later Kaitlyn was very helpful as well. Today Marcus helped me finalize my order. I could not be more pleased! Highly recommend.

Everyone was helpful, personable, and respectful. Optometry appointments are a bit nerve wracking for me, but the employees made my experience pleasant/positive! I also appreciated that they gave me printouts of what my insurance covered, my glasses prescription, and detailed invoice of my visit, which I haven’t received from other optometrist offices that I’ve been to. Overall, great service & experience!

Braden went above and beyond just helping me with my new glasses. I went in to just check on prices since I never heard of Visionworks before. Braden gave me all the information and clearly explained what my insurance would cover. He offered to replace the missing nose guard on my old pair of glasses that I was wearing, he didn’t charge me either.
The exact same lenses at Visionworks were half the price of the place across the street.
Braden took the measurements, answered all my questions, I had a lot of them, and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes.
I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

A positive experience from start to finish. Scheduling exam online - easy. Time with eye doctor Arthur Park, OD - comprehensive. Picking out frames - friendly and collaborative. My glasses and contacts were ready for pick up in a week. Amazing. Highly recommend.
