This is my second visit to Visionworks and the past three months. I had to purchase another round of the Bogo glasses. Unfortunately, it was due to my beautiful Mini Bernad doodle named Fulton. I should’ve purchased the insurance. But unfortunately, I did not. I went in and Paul took very good care of me. Reminded me that it was going to cost just as much to replace the lenses as it would to get another Bogo pair. So, that is what I did. Also, I purchased the insurance. Thank you, Visionworks.

Very disappointed in my experience here. They charged my insurance for an eye exam, and now they’re trying to charge me out of pocket cost for another eye exam, not even a month later. Very un informative and not professional. Be cautious in using them.
