I hurt my eye and this whole office was compassionate and caring! The doctor told me to message him no matter what time if I was in pain and need him to put more drops in. I also used them for my regular vision exam and love that they have text option and respond right away! Highly recommend

Had an appointment the 29th. They call me the 28th and cancel. Had no plans to reschedule and have yet to contact me to reschedule.

Anyone trying to get an eye exam knows that everything is at least a month out. At this point I'm running on may last pair of contacts and hope that they can make it until then.

They are not very customer service driven. Took me a month to get a pair of glasses. I had to keep calling them just to see if my glasses had came in. No one called me even though my glasses had been in a week. Don’t pay your balance in full, if you owe them money they will call you, if you don’t owe them they could care less.
