We'd called 4 locksmiths, 2 dealerships, and driven to TWO DIFFERENT Ace Hardware stores, both of which tried and failed to cut us a new key for our Toyota Camry. Calling this store was a last ditch effort as we were already 40 minutes from home and exhausted. Susan took our call and told us to come by, as she was confident she could help us. Within 30 minutes she'd cut us a new key and for hundreds less than other stores/dealerships had quoted. She was fun to talk to and excellent at her job, and the store itself was one of the most well-organized, clean, and spacious Ace Hardware stores I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Amazing work from the whole team at this store!

Visited them to purchase rib rub for the smoker and to exchange an empty propane tank. Their web site stated the rub was in stock which it wasn’t. I can accept that and not a huge deal. However the gentleman that helped us could not have been less friendly and given any worse customer service. This is due to the propane exchange. He looks at our tank from a distance and says they can’t exchange it and it needs to be taken to the landfill. The tank had minor surface rust and the integrity of the tank was fine. No pitting of the tank surface what so ever. Even the plastic label was still intact from the prior exchange. After professionally expressing my displeasure with the situation I promptly grabbed my tank drove down Gunn Hwy to the new Lowe’s there and exchanged the tank with no issue. After a few years of using vision Ace hardware they will no longer get any of my business. I prefer to support smaller business however I will continue to use the new Lowe’s which is much closer to home. Think about customer service and the customer loyalty that brings. Shame on you Vision Ace Hardware.

Went to this Ace looking for options to mount a tv to a furring strip wall. While searching in the fastener aisle, Sam came over and asked if he could help anyone. Thanks for being there sir. Your assistance help greatly. Your kindness was very much appreciated.

Travis is an asset to Ace Hardware and the Odessa store. I came into the store with a Stihl trimmer issue and he literally dropped his lunch to help me with the problem. Less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. Amazing professionalism and customer service!!

Good convenient store. They need to improve keeping pricing updated and attempt to provide some better price options on certain items but over all about great place.

Walked in the door, greeter asked if he could help, did not know answer, asked manager, said I needed a cart, told greeter to get one from parking lot for me. Still couldn't find needed item, another employee asked to help and took me to my item, same service for decades. Surprisingly as this was during hurricane rush. Fully stocked hardware store with superb service. Try them, you'll like them.

Very well organized hardware store - think of it as a miniature Home Depot / Lowes but with less stuff. Still plenty of things to choose from hardware, paint, tools to indoor outdoor decorations, gardening,etc. Very helpful and polite staff. Great for a quick in and out purchase with ample parking.
