Office staff is very friendly and answer any questions I may have. Dr Miranda is very thorough and takes her time getting to know me and medical issues I have, goes over everything with me. I have found my primary care Dr I will never change again

Dr Smith is caring, knowledgeable, and through. She immediately puts you at ease. We never feel rush or that we're another number. She answers our questions and concerns fully. Her staff has always been efficient and friendly. My wife and I have search for a doctor of her caliber for a long time and we are so glad we found her.

I had a great experience as a new patient. Appointment was on time. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dr. Waugh took his time to listen and to offer treatment options. It is refreshing to have a visit where the doctors demeanor put you at ease. I highly recommend Dr Waugh and this clinic.

I cannot praise Dr. Valerie Smith and her staff enough. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and does a complete exam in an effort to find the source of your medical problem. Dr. Smith and her office manager stayed after her office hours to see me when I was having a serious medical issue. They did the lab workup in the office so that I would not have to go to another facility. I have never had a doctor or staff that would put their patient's comfort level above their own plans for the day. Dr. Smith and her staff listen to you and care about your well-being and health. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and her wonderful staff.

I was frustrated with my aunt's former Dr. I was lucky to find Dr Jason Waugh, he was wonderful. Unfortunately, he moved to the Holiday office. My aunt stayed at Port Richey & is now with Dr Valerie Smith. She too is amazing! The care she has gotten from these Dr's is AWESOME. They are kind & explain everything. She too allows me to speak to her via phone when my aunt is in office with her. I live in Pa.& the Dr's talk to me & explain & I translate for my aunt. I wish everyone had Dr's like Dr Waugh & Dr Smith.

Kelli greeted me and got me squared away at my first visit. Dr. Smith is very thorough and spent time with me. My labs were drawn also. I have a 3 month appt and I feel I will be happy with this practice 😄

While Dr. Smith is good, the lack of office workers and staff makes this place suffer. There are posters all over the office saying to call them instead of urgent care on weekends, however, the doctors don’t call back. STAT procedure results don’t get relayed to the patient. Serious work needed to get this place up and running the way it should.
