My experience as a new patient was most reassuring. Dr. Biggerstaff and his office are very, very good at what they do. His staff, Olivetta Coffey (Office Mgr) and Dominique Butler (MA) are truly caring and compassionate and Dr. Biggerstaff is extremely thorough. Thank you for being so kind!

I love the way, Dr. Biggerstaff treats me and his patients he’s very concerned about them and shows us how much he cares about us. I would greatly refer him to other people that’s looking for a good doctor to tell you the truth I didn’t have good experiences with other doctors, but since I have met Dr. Biggerstaff, I have great confidence in him and I trust him. I enjoy all his Staffing as they care about you and they’re on the ball setting things up for you.

Wow. I honestly didn’t expect this to be such a nice place. It’s easy to get an appointment, and this is a brand new facility. The doc was great. They spent plenty of time discussing my history and any issues, and really listened to what I had to say. This is my go forward doctor.

This doctors office is amazing the workers there and the doctor are very very good and wonderful they care about their patients and always keep their patients up to date or help whenever it’s needed

I had an appointment at this location with an appointment card and a confirmation call only no one was at the office it was closed and I made several attempts to contact them and no one reached out to me! And to think I transferred to this practice, this was only my second visit! Wow! How unprofessional

I'm a patient of Dr biggerstaff and I have met through the most amazing people in the medical field and I'm 85 years old so I really have met a few doctors and the first one is Dr biggerstaff corrected a problem on my first visit to him that I have been dealing with for five years and it was corrected within a week without actually going with the laxative way it's just corrected the second one is for katherine and Maud both are kind and amazing!!!
