Went to Dr.Ramsey was awesome. Nurses were friendly.
The Receptionist Caterina was so nice and polite. I just couldn't believe how nice everyone was. I really love this place.

We moved to Ocala 3 months ago and changed our medical insurance and my husband started to see a PCP Dr Peterzell. All the paper work was filled out for a referal a week before his appt. He saw Dr Perterzell 2 weeks ago and he stated he would not refer him to who he requested but to who he wanted him to see. I called his office the next day..went into his office and called several more time. My husband had an appt with Dr Peterzell this morning to review test tesults. Before seeing my husband this morning, Dr Peterzell called me and stated he would was not going to refer him to the ortho Dr in Orlando because the physicain is not a preferreed provide. I checked with both the refering physician office and with my insurance company and the physician is accepted by our insurance..he is on the preferred provider list. Dr Perterzell lied to myself and my husband. He was very rude on the phone. Did not want to listen to me. Very poor bedside manner and does not listen to his patients. He stated he escaladed our request to his director and sent a voice mail to my husband once again stating if he referred him to the physician we requested we would have to pay everything out of pocket which is totally untrue since the physician is in network.
This physician does not look out for the best interest of his patients...

The doctor and all the workers are great but you need to fix your automated calendar reminder. Appointment confirmation from your doctors office had the time one hour before the appointment really was. So I showed up an hour early and had to wait.

My husband and I were very pleased to have Dr. Prince. She is not longer in that office, but we will missing her for her knowledge, always concerns about her patients and compassion.
Sarah is the best, always happy and going the extra miles for her patients. She may us feel like family. We are grateful for their service and care.

Since Dr. Garces left the experience has deteriorated. The office manager doesn't follow up and when I went in to discuss my situation she was so combative. I will be looking for a new Doctor immediately.

Called answering service with medical people for us. Hu by covid and me covid. He has serious u immune problems including diabetes and dialysis. Woman said she would get Katarina or Dr. Ramsey to call ASAP. NO. ALL U TIL 1030. Again at 1130. Told them too late. What the hell

I was a patient for over 2 years might of been 3 years now. I have not seen a doctor since November of last year. I have been without work for over 4 months now I finally got a job and all I need was a paper filled and signed for work that is it. So last week I made an appointment today I called once I found out about my insurance I think her name was Sarah not 100% sure but I know it starts with an S she worked in the office not the help center because I was transferred to her I explained everything to her and told her I do not currently have insurance but in the process of getting it back but that I need a paper for work. I even had an appointment for Monday the 19th and she told me since I do not have insurance she is going to cancel the appointment and that I can not be seen no longer at the office without insurance Inothing she can or will do about it so much for a family practice and being a patient for awhile My doctor retired the beginning of the year but everyone at the office knows me and are actually great butshe could of made an exception especially because it was for work but nope it sad it already hard to find a job and hard to find good help EVERYONE do your homework find a clinic that actually cares abiut their patients and not just money and insurance. The insurance company rep tried to schedule with another vip location but I said no and explained what happened she said she would of helped me get the paperwork taken care of so I am going to go to another family practice. Ounce my insurance kicks back on next month. I may lose the job I won't know until Monday when I call human resources and explain the situation

Update I got a call from Shammra the manager of the office wonderful and professionalshe asked what happened I explained she scheduled an appointment the same day everything went great except for the lady sitting at the front desk never said hi can I help you nothing I asked about the restroom she answered but when I left I even waited like 30 seconds and she never looked up at me never said good bye have a good day nothing so I'm guessing she is the one that I talked to on the phone about insurance the new doctor was awesome as well and caring . When you work at the front desk you are the face and attitude of the clinic when you are not professional and do not acknowledge patients then you may be in the wrong field that why I did not give 5 stars but it ok i was thinking about staying but she helped me make my decision to change doctor offices.
