Very Happy with Dr. Thompson. Him and his staff are some of the best care I've ever had. The receptionist Bibi is very genuine, and very helpful. Everyone that works their are incredible. We are very fortunate to have them in our community and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for the next level of superior Healthcare!!

I brought my mom in yesterday for an appointment. I was thinking about switching her healthcare provider until I met the new staff. The manager Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a smile on his face the entire time that we were conversing. Bibi, the receptionist, was one of the nicest people I have met. She was very patient and sweet. Chrishona, was also very patient with my mom and answered all of the questions that my mom had. Finally we seen Dr. Thompson, he took his time with my mom and explained everything so that she would understand. The entire staff made my mom and I feel very comfortable. They took care of my mom as if she were family. I highly recommend this clinic.

Took my dad, he hates DRs. Like really hates....But Dr. Novice is amazing. He spent time getting to know my dad. And listening to every problem. My dad told things to this doc that he hasn't opened up to anyone.The comfort level .. Is amazing!. He does not rush your visit. You are seen. Actually Seen! My husband said he's switching Dr's.

Very nice place. Dr. B. is very nice and takes time to listen to your concerns. Sandra upfront is very friendly and opened the door for me before I even walked into the office. Belinda the office manager is always there to take care of my needs. The nurse that is working there is also very nice and polite. Glad i made the switch to Vipcare.

Terrible! I checked with the office to make sure VIPcare took Cigna Preferred Medicare. They confirmed that they did.Their website also states they take Cigna. I filled out all their paperwork. Then I tried to change my PCP to Dr. Thompson. CIGNA COULD NOT FIND HIM IN THE NETWORK. I spent an hour on the phone with Cigna while they called the Milton VIPcare office. NO LUCK. I tried to get VIPcare to help, but they failed to help. The office blocked my phone calls so I had to go down there to pick up all my papers. I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHO OWNS THIS PRACTICE. Nothing found. NO BBB REPORT ON THEM. Shady.

The doctor is very nice and listens to my concerns and addresses them all before leaving the room. The office staff is very polite and friendly during check in and check out. Will definitely recommend this office to family members and friends.
