My experience was wonderful The forms were short and easy to fill out which is nice when you aren’t feeling well. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The MA Melissa was super sweet and kind. Doctor Jones was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He was very helpful and even when the pharmacy didn’t have in stock the medication I called the office and they sent over a new medication almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. It’s easy to find off the street, parking was easy and convenient. I will absolutely be back

Horrible experience the doctor completely dismissed me and didn’t tell me what medication I was getting prescribed. Did not asked me if I had any questions, I’ve seen a few other doctors here that were much better. Horrible bedside manner and unprofessional.

Believe the google reviews. Poor communication and professionalism from staff. The Account Executive is rude. Cleanliness and sanitation is a concern . I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. You can get better medical treatment at other urgent cares.

First time in this urgent care. What i loved about it was that the girls in front desk were nice. And well educated. Time there was great, didnt wait too long. Also the doctor there was Very sweet and took his time to actually listen to me. They accept PPO/HMO

Had a horrible experience with the doctor at this Urgent Care. We arrives around 7:30pm when my toddler had a 105 degree fever. Luckily we were seen rather quickly (less than an hour) but the doctor was AWFUL, egotistical, arrogant, and rude. He came into the room asked me what was going on in a sarcastic tone, checked my daughter’s throat and ears and then claimed “she has a throat infection. All the kids have it right now. I’ll give you antibiotics. Anything else?” He didn’t ask me ANY questions. Nothing about symptoms, how long she had had a fever, nothing about the fact that she should eat something before taking the antibiotics because it’s harsh on the stomach, nothing. I looked at him shocked after him wanting to dismiss us and leave and asked “really? That’s it? She’s complaining that her stomach is hurting.” To which he became very annoyed, felt her stomach harshly and said “no she’s fine, it’s not hard. Trust me, I’ve been doing this 30 years.” I’m still in shock with how terrible of a bedside manner he had. He left the room and I heard him ask the nurses “how many more?” To which they responded “2 more.” And then he said “2 mas? Ok, no mas after that.” Clearly, he was in a rush to get out of there and showed zero respect or attention to his patients.

I’ve also attached the super helpful handout he gave me as we left the room.

This place sets a VERY low bar.. if John Mardones is the doctor on duty.. I would recommend checking out the other urgent care across the street.

Horrible staff the go to lunch for hours and just make you wait without saying anything the manager Blake leaves for hours leaving the office manager very unprofessional

Terrible place! Avoid at all costs! Waited 3 hrs with only 2 patients in front of me. After that they prescribed the wrong medication. When I called the next day, they told me that yesterdays doctor is not there and todays doctor does not feel comfortable prescribing the medicine I need. Now I have to go to another urgent care to get the medicine I need. STAY AWAY!!!’

Dr. Krysten NewComer is an extremely
remarkable doctor. She was so nice, fast, and professional during my care. I really appreciated the friendliness and urgency of all the staff I met in my visit today. I was admitted, treated, and released within an hour and a half.
