We have been a royal client of Vincent Ho's office for years. But this time I have to say that this office now has the most disrespectful front desk ever. CARELESS, HAS NO PATIENCE FOR CUSTOMERS! You have to call in so many time to make a appointment. And they don't follow up your requests.

dodge this office unprofessional. Called last week to set up an appointment gave new information license and health insurance. Called the day before appointment to make sure everything was good. Was place on hold for 30 min only to be hanged up on. Then after calling back, turns out they never set the appointment for the visit, I even texted them the information. Dodge this clinic.

This office has the rudest front desk and most careless staff. I have only been here 3 times in which I have been seen by 3 different doctors. 2 of them have been disappeared afterwards.

They lost my HPV shot and told me I don’t have the shot because I have to ask them to apply for the insurance to approve again. Luckily the insurance approved. Later they told me they found the shot in other places. The way they lied tells a lot of things. They have been treating patient like idiots. And they have not been doing the work right.

I was so worried when I took the 3rd shot. I have to ask again and again. Is this the 3rd HPV shot.

My lawyer need my medical record to go to court. She called them and they agreed to send. I waited for a week and later I called they said they would send it on Friday. The next week I went to the office and the lady in front desk told me to ask my lawyer to apply for the information. I told her this process has already done. She rudely told me to ask the lawyer to call again. My lawyer called immediately. The front desk lady raised her voice and ask my lawyer, it’s $30! Did you pay?

I have to pay right away. Then she told me she will fax to the lawyer next week. After I told her I need it immediately, she got very angry. She yelled to my lawyer on the phone, it’s a whole year’s record! It’s long time! We have to get all the record and sort them!

I told her actually I have only been there 3 time3. Each time for 10 minutes. She send it right away. Only took 2 minutes.

I sincerely suggest everyone that has been assigned to this doctor to change your primary carer. It’s easy to do. Call the insurance and told them the emergency they will change your doctor right away.

This office is located in sort of an odd place (supermarket area next to restaurants), but my experience was better-than-expected.

The office is nice and clean and the front desk staff is very welcoming. The staff speaks Vietnamese, Chinese and English (and I wouldn't doubt Spanish would be included as well) so they cater to a wide range of clients/patients. Wait time was not that long since I had an appointment.

The doctor is great. Really cool guy who knows his stuff and has a sense of humor. I went in for a routine annual check-up/physical and Dr. Ho ran through all the normal procedures. He made the visit very pleasant and made it seems like we were friends, and not doctor and patient. Very easy to get along with and gives good advice. Fluent in English. Spoke like a real American (and knew the lingo/sayings/phrases). Fluent in Cantonese, and Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

10/10 would recommend him to be your doctor.

Dr Vincent Ho, has been very helpful to me and my family during some hard times. I would highly recommend him. He is always available in short notice and during the times you need him most. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and wait times are always reasonable.

The introduction said that Chinese service can be provided but the front desk can't speak Chinese at all. When making an appointment, the front desk not only did not understand Chinese, and also guessed righteously, resulting in errors. And the attitude of the front desk appearance is extremely poor
