When you first meet with Kristina, you just feel so safe + heard. When you find a therapist who not only knows how to listen but also has real life experience getting through the same things you're struggling with, you've found a keeper. She makes you feel completely normal when that's the furthest from how you feel and helps you to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend reaching out to Kristina if you're a mother looking for support in ways that only another mother can provide. She's incredible.
