My visit today could not have been a better experience. Front desk was engaging, tech/nurse fabulous, Doctor could not have been better, and the blood drawing tech was great. It was a fun experience, and fun isn't a common description a medical checkup. Thank you everyone, truly was a good and fun visit.

The office is awful. Had an appointment set up for my bloodwork and mammogram. They forgot to save the appointment.rescheduled I wated an hour for a nurse practitioner Randy S. to tell me absolutely nothing and have an attitude because he thinks he’s important. No apologies nothing. I hope you all receive the care I did. Have the day you deserve.

Excellent medical care here. I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Robert Devine and I’m impressed with his knowledge and keen interest in patient care. The nurses and office staff are also great.

Update - Dr. Devine and Village Medical have turned out to be quite a great find; the staff is efficient and dedicated to patient care. Dr. Devine has provided a comprehensive plan for me and I am back on a path to better health.

Great doctor experience however super inconvenient that the labs close at 3pm yet the office closes at 5. Having to make an additional trip is not meeting my medical needs

To keep it short, go somewhere else. This office is terrible. I went in for an appointment and sat in the exam room for 50 minutes with no one coming in. I had to run to the front desk. a full hour after my scheduled appointment, I get an order for bloodwork (which is all I came in for) but am told there were two people in front of me. My appointment was at 12pm. 1:10 is when I finally accept defeat and leave. Never even saw the doctor, they just had an assistant order the bloodwork. They didn't even try and apologize for the waste of time.

At the beginning I had great experiences but after they were bought out I noticed a lot of changes that negatively effected my experience. One of them being my doctor was constantly overbooked that she would literally leave the room to get me something and wouldn't come back because she was already with another patient. I found out later that after this that my doctor left the practice. I didn't find out until I tried to get my medicine refilled.

We had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Agnone. Never met a Dr. Who cared so much for a patient. If there is a wait, it's worth it.
