The ability to discuss areas that concern me Dr Graham always listens and sets up whatever procedures I need to do. You don't have that anymore but I feel lucky to have a doctor who cares. Crystal Garza is fantastic. She’s kind, a great listener and knowledgeable. She does care about people which isn’t always the case in health care. I Love this office also. The admin staff are friendly and professional. I’m very pleased with my experience.

They were very personable fast and knowledgeable. After giving them all the information that I had, and was listening to the whole time I was out the door with a prescription. First visit seemed excellent.

It takes alot to make a middle school teacher cry, but the receptionists and nurses here managed to do it. They were dispassionate, unconcerned, and treated me coldly. What was worse was I had my four year old son with me and they acted like he didn't even exist. That kind of atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable as a young mother. I am also a PhD Candidate, and yet when I asked informed questions, the looks I received and responses made me feel like dirt. The doctor I saw herself was professional and amazing, which is why I am leaving a 2/5 star review. I do not plan in going back to this location. If you are a young mother, or need to take your children so where, don't go here

My regular doctor on LaCholla is out on leave. I saw Dr. John Graham at the Valencia location.
I was there early, was seen on time. Dr. Graham was kind and friendly. He took time to treat me like a person. I was able to get the tests done that I needed. I felt good when Ieft his office!!!

This is my first experience with Dr Garza to get some refills ,my Primary Dr left the the practice and I'm moving out of state and I need I needed to see a primary Dr in the Village Medical practice before I left I was so happy that Dr Garza had availability in my short time and it was so worth the longer distance drive from my home . Dr Garza was so friendly and she listened to everything I needed and if I wasn't moving out of state I would of changed her as my primary Dr
