Super nice great doctors and nurses I truly recommend them. First time seeing them and in one day was told my diagnosis and my other doctors couldn't even figure it out these past 3 years.

My care was wonderful! The customer service however.... I reached out fix a billing error in which I was promised a refund due to the office staff marking the incorrect box only to be met with gaslighting. Customer reps claim I should in fact be charged double when their office gave me a final bill for a code they aren't even charging me for. The online bill shows two separate codes and the one they gave me in the office is completely different. This clerical error is absolutely their fault and shouldn't result in an additional $110 charge to me. I go to village medical for assistance as a self pay client and this is the most awful treatment and only results in lack of confidence of care and lack of transparency. They have completely lost my trust. They are absolutely disorganized and place the responsibility on the client to know what they are being treated for. This is awful care and the worst business practice. After another escalation, I am told to wait longer for another review of the situation. So disappointing.

Dr. Sheini is the best primary care doctor I have had in many years. She focuses on me in my appointments. Everyone in the office are professional, efficient and kind. So pleased with my care and appointments.

Long wait but Dr. Green was worth it, very kind and actually listens. It is a totally different kind of healthcare. Very happy they take time to address patients physical and emotional needs. I'm staying in the Village.
