Absolutely awful. I have had nothing but problems with this office. I had to get in contact with my insurance company because they wouldn’t answer the phone or call me back to refill my medication which I NEED to take for 2 weeks! Then it seems like they lose half of your information every time you come in. I’ve been waiting months for 2 referrals and every time they mysteriously disappear from my chart. They never answer the phone and when they do they don’t have any clue what’s going on. Save your time go elsewhere.

Do not recommend! Definitely go elsewhere if you’re looking to be well taken care of. Every time you go in the Dr asks what you’re going in for, and conversations sometimes can be a little awkward.

What definitely threw me off. Was insurance. I went in asking if they accepted my insurance. After saying they did I went in and got seen. Needless to say they weren’t providers and now was stuck with medical bills that I was forced to pay! DO NOT GO HERE. you can be seen elsewhere by much better doctors that aren’t just going to do whatever they have to do get all the money they can out of you and then blame it on you for not checking. Reason as to why I went in to their office and asked if they accepted my insurance.

Could I give zero stars. She changed her hours to 8-1:30 Monday thru Friday. Who thinks opening a Drs office for 4 or 5 hours a day is good business?
Wants me to start coming unnecessarily to charge me more! I get it you cut your hours and now need to increase office visits. That's not possible for people who work full time. Oh did I mention she is always an hour and half behind schedule? Learn how to run a practice!

I have several medical problems that are not cureable. The doctor has always took her time to listen to my issues and she makes sure I get the right medications to treat me. She is knowledgable compassionate and she has diagnosed my issues "spot on". I have seen over 9 doctors in the past 5 years and she is te only one I trust.
