I had a great experience. I am booking another massage soon. Meli was great! We were given a tour of the different rooms and we're told of the different services offered. My experience was great. Meli kept checking if I felt she was going too deep or not enough. I can't wait to book another appointment.

A beautiful space for healing! Meli shared insights that truly resonated throughout the session as she worked. The space felt safe and her healing work was thorough. I felt like a lot of stuck and negative energy that had been tangled within was released during our time together and I'm grateful that I found a wonderful spot with such a compassionate practitioner. Allyse has been my go to gal for many years for massage. She’s amazing and when I can’t get our schedules to coincide, Meli does great work (especially glutes). On a rare occasion, I’ve also had the pleasure of having a massage from Irene.

Wanted to check out Vida’s newest member, Eliana. Set myself up for my monthly facial. I found her technique to be very soft and relaxing. She has a great flow and I fell asleep a time or two. I can be a bit sensitive with product but had no issue. My skin feels refreshed and was glowing when I left. While I won’t leave my normal gal, when our schedules don’t mesh I will definitely seek out Eliana.

Allyse is extremely gifted. She has the ability to tap into your energy to help move you in the direction of what is meant for you. To stand in your power and receive the gifts you posess. I enjoyed her Chakra aligning class as well my personal zoom tarot reading. She is a positive and encouraging light that leaves you feeling heard and seen.
