But this place honestly just has changed.

I have the greatest respect for Gabi-

I think she's great

But I got a call saying I missed my appointment- after verbally clarifying with the front desk girl

And when I told her I was planning still on coming in when I was supposed to be scheduled.

There was not even a call back to clarify

Or an apology about the mistake.

Gabi- I know you r busy but your front desk girl now has not responded to 2 different appts for me

I begged to get a literal 10 minute appt to see you for Botox as I was flying out of town unexpectedly

You are not performing surgery ..you literally could do walk in Botox...

I felt like you didn't care and honestly- your communication and front desk girl is awful.

I went to someone else for Botox today who got me in at the end of the day

You lost a customer. Your front desk girl should have had you call me, when there was a mix up on the times- she made me feel like I lied

It was unprofessional , and I will not be coming back nor will I refer you anymore to anyone I know

Well the reviews are true, after looking into a place to go for my first time I decided to try out Vibrant health care. Gabriela H. Was amazing! Front office manager or coordinator was also very kind and welcoming! Gabriela was very patient with my questions and concerns. She was very professional but also warm/comforting. I felt very comfortable and from all the awards and recognitions I saw she really knows her stuff! I will definitely be back, and recommending Gabriel and Vibrant health care to others!
