Dr. Vikti Gosalia is an incredible physician who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and heard. I’ve seen a couple of reviews on here stating that she ā€œholds meds hostageā€ but i’ve never had a problem getting my medication as long as I show up to my appointments. The staff at VG Primary Care is also friendly and efficient, making every visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such personal attention with top-notch medical expertise. Highly recommend!

The office staff and nurses are great! Be warned thought, they hold prescriptions hostage. My husband and I have been taking the same medications for years, but this office requires a visit and blood work for every refill. We can't afford it, not to mention having to take off work. I would understand if it was for a controlled med. We've always received a prescription for the year and it's actually dangerous that they force people to be off them due to this, if something happens they should be held liable. They are just in it for the money. Currently trying to find a provider that isn't money hungry and can do the routine annual check-up.

EDIT TO REPLY: If dosage is not stable it may need it more constant, but it's been the same for years

Initially I was happy however, on a return visit the provider forgot the reason for my return visit. I'm not certain if she read my previous notes---. It was she that asked me to return to discuss the possibility of starting a Statin drug which I was reluctant to do. Read about she said it offers many benefits then return and we will discuss it.When I returned after reading about these drugs she asked why I was making a return visit. I mentioned our previous discussion she appeared defensive and denied we had such a discussion. I was flabbergasted I said we had that discussion why would I be here to talk about Stains if you didn't suggest it.I believe my cholesterol was 210. In any event, the visit ended abruptly I was taken back first, that she did not have knowledge of my previous visit and second she denied the discussion.I knew than it would be best to find a new provider. One that at least read the notes from my previous visit and one that would not suggest the patient was not not telling the truth. Therefore, I did not return to the practice. I just received notification for me to check if I did i see Dr.Gosalia. The response hers is I did not see her. I was indeed a patient and can post orders Dr. G wrote for me I still have them. I did write and ask to be removed from the mailing list and informed the office I would no longer be seeing this doctor. Office records were poorly recorded using-hand written notes which is a thing of the past. This concerned me-perhaps this is why the information for my follow-up visit or proff that I was a former patient could't be located. If needed to prove I did see Dr. Vikti Gosalia I have a few orders PT-Labs x-ray's to send to you or post here .I can describe the office in detail as well as a few staff members and the doctor if you like-- I was definitely a patient and stand by my review of my experience.

There are other reviews stating the same… I had refills at my pharmacy but due to an acquisition of my employer (same insurance co) I need my prescriptions sent to the new pharmacy. CVS would not transfer them and mail service is required so will already take 10-14 days to receive the mailed RXs. I was just seen in her office for my physical on 12/17/24 and called for my refills to be moved 3/3/25. I was literally there 10 weeks ago… complete blood work as well. The first person I talked to said she would have them called in and would call me back to confirm. When I had not heard from them I called the next morning and spoke to Bella who was extremely rude and had an attitude as soon as she picked up the call. She disconnected the call abruptly after requesting a manager or the Dr. Dr Gosalia called me back 4 hours later and refused to provide the refills until I’m seen in their office and i literally have less than 7 days of meds left (I’ve been dealing with the new ins and pharmacy for two weeks). The meds I need for reflux do NOT require blood work but are necessary due to a hernia and previously diagnosed ulcers. I’ve been on the meds for years. So she does hold your RXs hostage. This is clearly a money grab. I’ve been going there practically every 3-6 months for 2 years and she wouldn’t transfer my refills she had already prescribed There were refills on both of the meds I needed I just needed them moved so my insurance would pay. I said I was happy to schedule an appointment if she would get my RXs transferred but Dr said appointment first and I can’t get there this week So I will find another dr that will help me not treat me as if I am ā€œoptionalā€ which is actually what the dr told me on the phone. My service is ā€œoptionalā€ and that I could find another practice. She clearly doesn’t care about her patients or their circumstances. I will find another practice that cares about me not just my money.

What a wonderful place to go to for primary care! I cannot say enough of great things. From the moment you walk in the ladies upfront are very kind and make you feel welcomed. Then to add more, the doctor and her assistant are just as wonderful. I am so grateful to have found these lovely people. They care about you and what you are saying. The doctor she listened to what I had to say. Makes eye contact with, very comfortable. The doctor goes over everything with you. They care and that is something that seems to be rare to find anymore. I highly recommend getting your care here. This office will be my primary care! Thank you šŸ™ ladies!

So I really liked going here at first. The front desk and nurses are amazing. I liked the doctor the couple times I met her. But the amount of appointments they made me have just to be on medication I have taken for years awful. I really felt it was for the money and not my well being. When I finally expressed that I could not miss work again the doctor refused to refill my meds. I am on anti anxiety medication not narcotics.
