Veronica was very nice and took care of everything. 5 star. However, while leaving, I happened to see an American Flag fully displayed in a glass case at the end of the hall. After getting permission, I had to see the Flag up close. After reading the brass plate, I backed up and asked the only person in the area sitting at his desk, if he knew who the recipient of this Flag was? He stood up and said it was his. The next 5-10 minutes of conversation were amazing. I was given a personal sample of his amazing career. I could have talked for hours. Thank you Dr. Chase, David E. Handrick

Veronica Mills is a very knowledgeable and professional P.A. This was my first visit with her and she instantly put me at ease with her friendly, upbeat demeanor. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I liked my previous P.A. but she was transferred to a different facility and I was assigned to Veronica. I’m not a big fan of change in my healthcare providers, but I could not be happier with being assigned to her. She is empathetic, thorough and made me feel as though she genuinely cared about her patients. I hope she stays at the Englewood location for the remainder of her career.

She is great listens and polite. Millennium question they added to check in pissed me off. How do you id yourself? Because a few don't know how to id themselves they have to ask us a stupid question. At the beginning they ask gender. Isn't that enough?
