To start I had high hopes for this provider! I had a consultation with Dr. Jennifer Vermillion and I was impressed by her recommendations and educating me on available options. When I called to confirm I would move forward with the plan the Dr. Vermillion outlined for me, there was an unfortunate interaction with her treatment manager Maria. It started when she asked me who my insurance was and I answered I do not have insurance and would be paying in cash. Her reaction was surprising and rather unprofessional! Following an audible huff, Maria stated that "you will have to pay ahead because people come in and have work done and don't want to pay." While I understand that very well may be a problem this office has, it is not usually a best practice to imply someone may be a deadbeat. I told Maria I was aware of my financial responsibility, but I needed to clarify if she was stating I needed to pay ahead as Maria's words indicated or pay at the time of the service. She said at the time of service. Maria finally stated the policy, which is what she should have led with, but then added to her comments by doubling down on her implication I may not pay. I stated that the professional thing to say and do were state the cash payment policy and then if I arrived for this service without the cash payment, simply refuse service. I asked Maria if we could move past the conflict and rather than move past it, she continued. I interrupted Maria and explained I needed to take a call for work, which was not true. I had hoped to end the conflict and start over with a call later in the day. However, that did not help. In the second call, Maria picked up where she left off. I tried asking if we could just set an appointment and I assured Maria I would have payment. She decided they were not interested in my business. I find Maria to be unprofessional led by her irrational emotional reactions. I would recommend anyone to find another dental office!

Both my husband and I are extremely pleased with our dentists and their staff. Both doctors are extremely caring , kind, professional, and give us excellent care. It is not about making lots of money to them, but caring for us their patients that concerns them most. I recently went there with a tooth issue and Dr. Jennifer was extremely kind and informative about my condition and gave me many options for treatment. I felt very cared for and her detailed information clearly helped me decide what to do. Their staff is also very kind and helpful.They made sure I got an appointment soon to take care of my issue. We highly recommend Vermillion Dental! Also please don’t fear going there now as they are extremely conscious about sterilization making the office a safe place to be during this trying time! Make an appointment soon and let them continue to care for your precious teeth.

This is a great place. I had a root canal today and I fell asleep during the procedure. No pain at all. Dr. Rich is very good. Our whole family has been going here since our kids were little. We always get quality care. From the time you enter and are greeted by Marie or Susie until you leave, everything is high quality. I highly recommend Dr. Rich and his entire staff!
