Meka was the best salesperson I could’ve ever asked for in this matter that I needed handled today. She was readily available to help and answer my questions. She was very nice. I needed help with a trade in, purchasing a new phone, and switching my service over and I greatly appreciate her assistance today. She was perfect. Nateeah is absolutely AMAZING!! She is very patient and kind to everyone!! Especially, older people who need additional help. If Verizon had more people like her working with their team, they would put all other phone carriers out of business! She is knowledgeable and a very kind hearted person who does all she can to help people even if it means working past her hours to ensure the customer has what they need and understand their new phones.
