Verio Healthcare quickly set an appointment and saw me as soon as possible. The technicians are nice and kind people. Robert was the one who helped me and he was kind and very funny. He took time in showing me how to operate my CPAP machine, how to clean it, and showed me examples of what not to do with the machine and its parts. I truly do not understand the 1 star reviews, for me, Verio Healthcare and its staff were professional and attentive. I did not feel rush nor did I feel ignored. The only complaint I have was the location, but I blame my Map app for getting me lost. Thank you for taking care of me and for the outstanding customer service you all had provided me.

My HMO placed order with them.forr equipment.
16 weeks later 4 perscriptions, I called4 X in 6 weeks. They don't care. Just had to have HMO contact Dr for new request.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is terrible and not an honest company. My grandfather has needed an air mattress since November and we have not received service and we are now in February. Every time I call they give me a different excuse. Terrible terrible service!

This company is THE WORST. 12 weeks later I cant get a walker. Doctor has sent 5 times. They are stupid AND Rude. I hope they lose their contract with HMO. Call them get ignored.

This place is a joke. Super unprofessional and it’s easier to go buy what you then deal with this company all they wanna do is just send you a bunch of paperwork all the bad reviews on here. I agree with now I see why.

I tried and tried and tried to reach a live human at this place of business that pretends to care about helping people who need medical supplies to stay alive. For 20 minutes during business hours I was repeatedly shunted to a voicemail that was already full and could reach no live human nor leave a message. That is just plain wrong and I'm sure they know they're doing it because the message boxes are always full whenever I call. I will do my best to find another company to do business with since this one is making me wait for three more days before I can even attempt to reach someone that can help me with acquiring oxygen supplies that I need to stay alive. Now I understand why the overall review was below two on a scale of five online. I recommend people stay away from this company if you need both medical supplies and any reasonable semblance of service of the live variety.

Never easy to deal with and you need to set aside a couple of hours. CPAP supplies have always been free now they are billing me 20% even though Humana says free. Not an easy fix and how many hours are I'm willing to recover $18?
