Dr. Kurr is my psych, very compassion, understanding, and gives good advice.
You can tell he genuinely wants the best. I feel like eye contact is very important because it shows he is listening. I've never felt like he wasn't listening. He covers all basis of mental health diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Kurr 🙏🏻

I have been going to this office for years, and they always greet me with a smile , my case worker is awesome & my doctor has been nothing but helpful & addressing my needs & to help me get better. I have the upmost respect for everyone in that office. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. At the end of the day they are human and they are not going to make everyone happy. I'm very happy with my experience with this office and all the awesome people that work there. Keep up the good work everyone I appreciate all that you do for me. Thank you all at Behavioral Health office. 😊✌️

The Worst place EVER!!!!
No One Answers the phone and if you have debilitating anxiety forget this place you’ll get scripted antihistamine allergy medication and or SSRI’sfake happy pills so you can feel a sense of false well being then when having to get off eventually you’ll feel like better of dead complete joke ! They mention resources ,but never provide information for anything! Just completely sad a waste of time .I guess if you need allergy medicine you can go here or rite aid ha….due for an audit

Has not returned my calls. Family member in crisis Thursday. They said they would follow up Monday. Cushy job if they dont have to do much. During pandemic were not proactive, when people needed them the most.

They not only treat you like crap, but when you attempt to move from one clinic to another one, they make it so very difficult by claiming you never authorized the transfer. It has been 12 months, and I have been waiting for them to transfer me from the Oxnard clinic to the Ventura clinic. It's very strange, because I was a patient at the Ventura office before I transferred to Oxnard. Also, when my therapist went on a family emergency, they completely, and utterly refused to help me with a therapist - and I have gone through 3 major surgeries, and the loss of something very dear to me which stolen. They are supposed to be there for the public with mental health issues and help them get better, not worse. The way they work is not the way to help someone get better. I was considering suicide a number of times, without any help from them, even the crisis line made things worse for me.

They don't do a very good job. The doctors as re not very good I would find somewhere else to go to get help. I would like to file a claim with medical board about some of the practice I that I experienced as beingvery unprofessional that should be reported. I been seeing doctor's my whole life of for ADHD. I was a child in the 70's saw many different doctors and they all had the same diagnose for me ADHD. So this clinic want to mis diagnose me and tell me that all the doctors are wrong. I have spent my life in special education be tested every year in school the test I have done are not wrong, I am ADHD. So the means the doctors who have known me and treated me was all wrong and so are all the test I done all through school how could all the teachers in special education and the doctors I seen my whole life be wrong? They want to say they know what wrong with me when all I did was sit with a doctor for one hour talking to him telling me your not bipolar now but you could become bipolar. Well either you are bipolar or your not you don't just become bipolar and to put people on bipolar medication and tell some their is no side effects that they are harmless is fraudulent care. I am sorry go get a Davis medication book and look up adverse reactions see what you will find bipolar medication have terrible side effects and if you have to get blood work cause your on some medicine that not a good sign either. So please watch what these doctors do at this facility be this a warning get a second opinion from somewhere else or better yet just find somewhere else to get real help not from these welfare doctors who want to bill Medicare and medical for some up coded care to make money
