I used to have a lot of trust in this place, but not anymore. After my aneurysm surgery in my head I started to hear a heart beat sound in my left ear, (same side of the surgery). My primary doctor told me to see the vascular doctor that did the surgery. I called them but the staff there wouldn't make me an appointment. I ended up finding a new vascular doctor that is fantastic and caring. Dr Brandt Jones is great and if he wasn't associated with this place I would still go to him. I don't trust the owner of this place at all, Dr Kerr. He is more about the money than the true care of the patient.

I’ve had all great experiences thus far. Dr Kerr is amazing and very thorough. The staff is great, friendly, and always smiling whether it be greeting you or explaining a procedure. You can tell everyone likes working there. I have a few more procedures coming up, so I’ll report back when those are completed and update my comment. But so far, so good!!

Where do I begin? What an amazing practice! Dr. Kerr is a superb doctor. He zeroed in to my numerous maladies and is in the process of fixing them. Every staff member I have come in contact with has been wonderful. I especially want to give a shout out to Crystal, R.N. She is absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. I highly recommend The Vein & Vascular Institute of Tampa Bay!

Dr Kerr and his team are very professional. Time management is mastered to perfection. I love going to him because I don't spend all day to be examined. For years I suffered from having my foot numb and cold. In 1 procedure Dr Kerr resolved it. Now the cold feet and numbness is gone. I was referred to Dr Kerr for a problem that I have had for years without hesitation Dr Kerr saw me and knew what my problem was, he ran testing and confirming what he thought was wrong was correct. Very happy with results.

This Institute is one of the best establishments we have been to they are friendly very efficient with patients no long waits in the waiting room Dr explains in English as to what is happening and what they want to do to fix the issues and are excellent at it the entire staff are a great group we felt relaxed and comfortable. No matter what location-Lutz or Waters I always have a great experience. Communication is very detailed and precise. Never any surprises or inconsistencies with billing or explanation of procedures. Destiny is very patient and sincere when answering any question I asked her. Front desk is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kerr is extremely knowledgeable and direct. He told me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Thank you All.
