I can't say enough good things about this practice. For me it's like I hit the jackpot! I'm fairly new to Naples and have had such bad luck with medical attention here. I was rushed into emergency thyroid and parathyroid removal in Oct 2024 and I was feeling terrible and couldn't get a hold of my surgeon for a follow-up and Dr. Shapiro not only saw me right away but called and helped me get my follow-up visit herself. She has amazing bedside manners and I finally found someone who truly cares and listens to all my concerns. She is truly amazing!!!! Her staff is also so awesome from the nurses to Misu her receptionist....They always have a smile on their faces and are always so helpful and welcoming. I'm a Healthcare provider and I know how important it is to be happy and feel heard. I'm truly thankful to all those girls. I recommend this office 💯% to everyone and can't wait for my next visit. Thank you Dr.Shapiro you are heaven sent... 🥰

My whole family has been visiting this clinic for 6 years. And I want to note Dr. Lisa Trubia-Shapiro as a qualified doctor. Who always listens attentively, conducts an examination and solves all the health problems that we have addressed. Always in a great mood, always attentive and professional. I love the personal experience I feel every time I visit here, from the staff to the Dr. The Dr. here is very knowledgeable and thorough.
Good Dr.s with great bedside manners, who treat you as an individual person and not dollar signs, can be hard to find today.
My medical needs are always addressed professionally here, while Dr/patient relationship remains warm, friendly, caring and attentive.

Be here at 6.30am to be sure u gonna be tested. Write down your name on the list and then waiting in your car, they gonna call u before testing and then u wait about 30minutes for result. The test costs 140$ and u can pay cash, debit or credit.
During the day they reopen the list, I was on the second one today, around 10am.

The entire experience, from the moment I walk in is always top notch! Lisa Trubia-Shapiro is as good as it gets! I have been to many doctors in my time, and at this stage in my life, I want to be with one who really understands me, cares about me, and helps me. I just started going to her a few months ago and she has truly changed my life! Who would have thought that this little walk-in clinic in a strip mall on Ommokalee would have such talent inside? Everyone there, from the receptionist, to the nursing staff, to the physicians, are all kind and professional. And se habla español! Maybe they can update their website photos so you can really see who is inside. It is a marvelous experience!
